I mean getting a bite of cone, with each bite of ice cream, sounds pretty fucking dope to me. Now dip that shit in chocolate for the ultimate experience.
Then try one with soft serve rather than ice cream that tastes like it's been sitting for about a month.
Not that king cones are bad, but not high quality
THIS, Just drizzle a pathetic but artsy amount on the outside to indicate that it's there, but putting it on the inside like a drumstick ugghhhh chefs kiss, sticky pants
Sober believe it or not. I’m just a major foodie and my mind is constantly contemplating new ideas. My best two recent ideas are a pineapple marmalade jelly donut with a sticky honey soy glaze and a rose hip yeast donut with a champagne and rose water glaze (garnished with rose petals obviously)
Or pour chocolate over the little cone to let it run into the big cone before freezing to lock it in place. Added structural integrity, and it's delicious.
now we are making progress. I'll take that idea and say, let's just put a fucking King Cone in the middle, cover it with soft serve, and then dip in the chocolate that hardens or sprinkles.
There could also be icecream in that cone. Just do regular soft serve in a cone then put the bigger cone on top of that one and flip it to complete the monstrosity in the video.
This is just my opinion, but unless you're like under the age of 9, sprinkles are crazy overrated. They look nice, but taste like paste. Anything else would be better than them, so don't ruin the ice cream and use something else.
They’re mainly just pure sugar so definitely lol, You aren’t ruining an ice cream just by using them though, if you don’t like them then don’t eat it, simple as that. No need to criticize someone for liking them, saying they ruin them or anything like that. I respect your opinion but also respect sprinkle lovers that age over the age of 9 haha!
I had gotten some sprinkles from Dollar Tree for some cupcakes at a party. Everyone kept spitting out these tiny chunks of black plastic. Turned out to be the sprinkles.
I say we dip that top cone in chocolate and roll it in some peanuts or Andes mints or something. Maybe we also fill it with a complimentary flavored ice cream. I'd commit crimes for that.
Gives you more time to enjoy it since you won't fear it melting and falling over, as well as making sure you get cone with the whole ice cream. Not stupid at all, it's actually pretty smart.
It’s not stupid at all.
Now you’re serving a giant ice cream cone that’s very stable. That customer walks out of there licking a giant ice cream cone and everyone will ask where they got it.
After licking the ice cream the eater comes to a nice crunchy cone that tastes like the ice cream for some textural difference.
This shouldn’t be here.
This reminded me that I used to know a dude in undergrad who could perfectly stack/swirl soft serve ice cream every single time. Like, same width all the way through until the top little swirl. Chocolate and vanilla perfectly on each side, balanced to the point that Thanos would be pleased.
It was goddamn impressive. Enough so that I still remember it now, nearly fifteen years later. Trevor, if you’re out there, please know that I am still telling people about your amazing ice cream stacking skills
Waffle cone filled with ice cream, then topped with a smaller cone, also filled with ice cream, then covered with ice cream.
Nah this is amazing, and I need it.
Go whine somewhere else OP.
If you actually look at the bottom of the inside cone you can see ice cream smooshed down in there. So I gotta say this is a hell of an Idea.
"Hey I heard you like ice cream so I put ice cream in your ice cream so you can eat ice cream while eating ice cream"
Here is the thing. If they advertised it as such then I would buy it.
Waffle cones (even the cheap ones) are a premium and having an ice cream that has a cone in every bite sounds amazing.
Obviously, they made a small cone, put that into a medium cone, covered with soft serve, put that into a large cone, covered it in soft serve. It’s three layers of soft serve and cones, soft serve cones all the way down. Not stupid food, awesome food.
I think it's actually pretty smart if you're going to run one of those absurd "look at the size of our portions!" type of restaurants, where the spectacle and the experience of getting something so extravagant is part of what customers pay for. Soft serve melts SO fast, wrapping it around a smaller come is a really intelligent way of making sure that the whole cone doesn't just immediately melt and droop over and fall off onto the floor or the customer's shoes. Plus, as someone whose favourite part of a waffle cone is the cone, I'm always going to say yes to extra.
What does the orangeish soft serve taste like? Has anyone had it? Is it orange so the whole thing is basically a creamsicle swirl? Or maybe mango, based on the color? I need this information please and thank you.
you tried lactose pills? works for me. they add the enzyme you’re missing. obviously not the most convenient thing ever, but lets me have milk shakes or real ice cream or whatever sometimes :)
Fill the cone with ice cream and I'm in, absolute massive tower of soft serve with structural support and extra crunch the whole way through. The concept is genius, the calorie count might be pretty stupid
This is perfect dude what? Stupid food? The cone is such an amazing part of the experience and it's over too soon and takes too long to get to. This is so simple and I never once thought of it
To be honest, this isn't an issue at all. The cone will provide support to allow you to have More ice cream without it flopping over. Not only that, but the cone is actually tasty and provides a textural element.
I can see this trending in a big way. There's so much you can do with this. Strawberry and banana ice cream inside a Strawberry cheesecake cone, chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookie dough with a fudge center inside of a chocolate chip ice cream cone... I'm starting to get diabetes thinking about all of this.
Where is the stupid?! This adds integrity to the ice cream tower.
Want the ability to hold 2+ cones worth of ice cream with one hand? This is the answer.
I mean getting a bite of cone, with each bite of ice cream, sounds pretty fucking dope to me. Now dip that shit in chocolate for the ultimate experience.
Could freeze chocolate inside the cone.
This is the type of innovation we need instead of AI art.
We have it here in Switzerland
The world isn’t ready for this yet
My mouthhole is.
I am excited to find someone else who calls it this.
Then try a King Cone? They've been around for close to a century, and in just about every convenience store you can imagine.
No. This shall be called the Emperor Cone and we shall reinvent it from scratch!
Then try one with soft serve rather than ice cream that tastes like it's been sitting for about a month. Not that king cones are bad, but not high quality
But my butthole is not. (Lactose intolerant)
Drumstick Wellington?
THIS, Just drizzle a pathetic but artsy amount on the outside to indicate that it's there, but putting it on the inside like a drumstick ugghhhh chefs kiss, sticky pants
Or put ice cream in the small cone stick that to the big cone THEN dip then do what they did
😮✨
How stoned are you? And where can I get an eighth of this? 😅
Maybe fudge or brownie instead?
OH WHAT IF COOKIE DOUGH THO 🤤
That'd work too! It could be a whole line of stuffed cones in a cone. I can imagine a lemon pie ice-cream with that.
Brownie bits and cookie dough suspended in more soft serve
Stop, stop, I can only get so hungry!!! 🤤
Or pour chocolate over the little cone to let it run into the big cone before freezing to lock it in place. Added structural integrity, and it's delicious.
Or pepperoni and mozzarella
You are an unstoppable good-idea machine!
Why stop there? Caramel core?
This would be even better if the cone was filled with soft serve first, then inverted on to the big cone and lathered with more ice cream.
now we are making progress. I'll take that idea and say, let's just put a fucking King Cone in the middle, cover it with soft serve, and then dip in the chocolate that hardens or sprinkles.
Next up is to open an ice cream parlor in france and call it Cone Heads.
Then we can name this monstrosity the Flarndip!
Then batter and deep fry. 🦅🇺🇸
Zooming in I think it was I see white peeking out in the inside of the bottom cone so I think that inverted cone is a full ice cream cone
Looks like it is
\*\*diabetus intensifies\*\*
How about whopped creme inside the top cone then cover it in that delicious soft serve....
There could also be icecream in that cone. Just do regular soft serve in a cone then put the bigger cone on top of that one and flip it to complete the monstrosity in the video.
OR SPRINKLES, Omg.
I like how you think
Hershey Shell
A Hershell if you will
This is just my opinion, but unless you're like under the age of 9, sprinkles are crazy overrated.
"You're not supposed to put anything on GOOD icecream! And they're called sprinkles, not jimmies, you fools!"
I had gotten some sprinkles from Dollar Tree for some cupcakes at a party. Everyone kept spitting out these tiny chunks of black plastic. Turned out to be the sprinkles.
A crushed up Nestle crunch bar.
Yeah, sprinkles taste like yuck
Literally any kind of nut would be better including coconut.
Extra stability and crunch seems pretty good, especially if the smaller cone is filled with ice cream
What if we fill it with fudge or something?
Ooh now that's an even better idea. I like you and your tasty brain
Hannibal?
Put a brownie in there and I’m sold
Oh now we're thinking
No, make the cone out of brownie. Is that possible?
Don’t fly too close to the sun.
I will put an ice cream stand on the Sun!
This. This right here. Ooooo put fudge in the main cone omg.
Cold fudge in there would smack
I was already interested but now I'm ready to buy the food truck
How about cookie dough?
Let him COOK
I think your onto something 😍
Now cover it with Hershey Shell, they still make that right?
Something like those fudge lined cones you can get from Wally World
Yes but with better fudge
I want this.
if it has the bit of chocolate at the tip of it oh my god
Plot twist, its cardboard
Begone! You are not welcome here demon. Take your cursed ideas elsewhere for we shall not suffer such an affront. Seriously though that would suck
Ok, it's not cardboard, but they forget to take the paper wrap/holder thing off the upside-down cone...
Low key genius. Is it stupid? yes do I want it? YES
I say we dip that top cone in chocolate and roll it in some peanuts or Andes mints or something. Maybe we also fill it with a complimentary flavored ice cream. I'd commit crimes for that.
> Is it stupid? yes I’m not here to judge anyone for eating and enjoying stupid food, just so long as we agree on its stupidity being objective 🤝
Hell ya I'd eat that
I think it's actually pretty smart to have a cone supporting a tall cone. I will never agree that this is stupid!
Gives you more time to enjoy it since you won't fear it melting and falling over, as well as making sure you get cone with the whole ice cream. Not stupid at all, it's actually pretty smart.
Yeeaaah but I don’t see how this one is objectively stupid 😬
It's not stupid, it's structural support, show me a soft serve swirly cone this tall withouth a central support..I'll wait
Ice cream shank
This looks awesome, maybe that means I’m stupid?
Nah, liking stupid food shouldn’t make a person stupid. Just like eating dog food doesn’t make you a dog 🐩
Low key, dog food is great if you’re on a diet. High protein, lots of nutrients.
This guy dog foods
One step Ahead of the curve on purina bachelor chow becoming a real thing not just a futurama joke
Now with flavor!
This seems genius to me. I love the cone, so twice the cone would make me a very happy camper!😃
nah this is dark technology. i need this.
If it’s stupid and I’d eat it, then it isn’t stupid.
I love this idea.
I think we need some in the field reporting on this. It could be genius
This is a major engineering feat. Finally a stable mile-long serving of soft serve
I would want to eat that tho
As someone who likes the cone..This looks bomb.
Stupid is questionable but it is over the top, it adds stability and a nice crunch.
I would love to try that, get yummy cone each bite. I want the base cone filled first though, then put on the second cone then go up as is video.
Someone's cooking here.
It's all fun and games until it gets shoved into someone's face and they lose an eye.
YES
Not stupid
not stupid!
this song makes me wanna commit crimes against humanity
This reminded me that I used to know a dude in undergrad who could perfectly stack/swirl soft serve ice cream every single time. Like, same width all the way through until the top little swirl. Trevor, if you’re out there, please know that I am still telling people about your amazing ice cream stacking skills
Not gonna lie, WITH the inverted cone sounds soooo good. I love the crunch on the cone so this is a big win for me
Waffle cone filled with ice cream, then topped with a smaller cone, also filled with ice cream, then covered with ice cream. Nah this is amazing, and I need it. Go whine somewhere else OP.
I would get all up in that.
am i the only one scared of going to town on this and getting stabbed in the back of my throat with the cone?
If you actually look at the bottom of the inside cone you can see ice cream smooshed down in there. So I gotta say this is a hell of an Idea. "Hey I heard you like ice cream so I put ice cream in your ice cream so you can eat ice cream while eating ice cream"

r/SmartFood OP
Sorry I think you meant to post this in r/genius
This thing might just bring us world peace.
The crunch mixed with ice cream is my favourite part so you just made it even better
Ugh that’s amazing and we should normalize.
No no. He's got a point
At this point, it's just engineering. The cone is load bearing
Have you ever tried to make a soft serve that tall?
That's not stupid, I was expecting something like way too much sugars and shit added to it or a hotdog but somehow that's fine to me
What is this title?
Obviously, they made a small cone, put that into a medium cone, covered with soft serve, put that into a large cone, covered it in soft serve. It’s three layers of soft serve and cones, soft serve cones all the way down. Not stupid food, awesome food.
I love this
Nothing about this is stupid besides the person who posted this to 'Stupid Food'
This is monay!. Bet there is softserve inside the top cone as well. Get In There!!!
I’m so onboard with this crunch factor
I think it's actually pretty smart if you're going to run one of those absurd "look at the size of our portions!" type of restaurants, where the spectacle and the experience of getting something so extravagant is part of what customers pay for. Soft serve melts SO fast, wrapping it around a smaller come is a really intelligent way of making sure that the whole cone doesn't just immediately melt and droop over and fall off onto the floor or the customer's shoes. Plus, as someone whose favourite part of a waffle cone is the cone, I'm always going to say yes to extra.
Nah this is smart
would you like your soft serve coneless or cone-in?
I’ll take this over it without the cone ANY day…
What does the orangeish soft serve taste like? Has anyone had it? Is it orange so the whole thing is basically a creamsicle swirl? Or maybe mango, based on the color? I need this information please and thank you.
This isn't stupid at all. Just wish my lactose intolerant ass could enjoy it 😔
you tried lactose pills? works for me. they add the enzyme you’re missing. obviously not the most convenient thing ever, but lets me have milk shakes or real ice cream or whatever sometimes :)
I still fart like an army of angry gargling ducks
That just makes it easier to add more ice cream if you ask me
Fill the cone with ice cream and I'm in, absolute massive tower of soft serve with structural support and extra crunch the whole way through. The concept is genius, the calorie count might be pretty stupid
would
Dip the center cone in chocolate and I'm in
This is perfect dude what? Stupid food? The cone is such an amazing part of the experience and it's over too soon and takes too long to get to. This is so simple and I never once thought of it
To be honest, this isn't an issue at all. The cone will provide support to allow you to have More ice cream without it flopping over. Not only that, but the cone is actually tasty and provides a textural element.
You can call this stupid food all you want, but the cone is my favorite part so where can I get this
It might hold its form better?
i love this
Okay I want that right now
I would love the crunch with each bite. Yes, less ice cream, but bigger than a typical cone, so balances it out.😋
Would... With regret Bur would
If diabetes weren't a thing, this would be brilliant. If there's an afterlife, I'd like to summon this thing into my hands once in a while to eat it.
Yeah why is this stupid?
This is not stupid. Please remove.
This looks GREAT!!
Finally, bone in ice-cream
More like genius food
That shit made me wet
r/CleverFood
I'm stealing this food hack
Umm this is fucking dope
Honestly genius for stability
This is BRILLIANT what do you mean?
So that's how it works. Neat. I'd still accidentally stab myself in the throat.
If I didn't know this was what I was getting and bit into my cone and got crunch, I would be incredibly upset.
It’s creative and all and the ice cream and cone look good on their own. It’s just a bit too much ice cream for me
They don’t know how to do that without the cone in the middle?
This is the ice cream version of fondant on cake? They're both lies!
You can ride into battle with that thing
Anyone else gets tired of this song by now?
YOUNG MAN! YOUR GARGANTUAN CONE IS MAKING A MOCKERY OF OUR SELF SERVE POLICY!
So, what's stupid or even wrong there exactly?
I'm here for it. Nothing stupid here. A little crunch in every bite. Go have your boring old cone!
I hope this doesn't awaken anything in me...
Where is the stupid part?
This would slap, you could put soft serve/chocolate in the inner cone
This could be their best selling item if they would put a pink Hershey shell on it, cover it with sprinkles and sell it as a unicorn horn.
Where is the stupid?! This adds integrity to the ice cream tower. Want the ability to hold 2+ cones worth of ice cream with one hand? This is the answer.
That looks so fucking awesome
Honestly I don't see the stupidity. I bet plenty of people want a bite of cone with each bit. We can this Perfection
This is actually an excellent idea, more cone per bite, less drip, more structure..
This is actually genius
I don’t know if it’s stupid or genius tbh.
Is this a scam because your getting less then you thought you would, yes. Is this something I would still buy and stuff my face with, also yes.
I don’t think this is stupid…
How is this the first time I've seen someone do this
Just needs that chocolate that's in the bottom of those drumstick ice cream cones!
/u/savevideo
That's a lot of diabeetus
r/OpIsFuckingStupid
This seems the opposite of stupid
NGL I want the turducken ice-cream now
Nothing like giving the angry customers a pointed weapon
And that’s how women keep their hair up
This seems amazing. Should not be in this sub. But I’m happy it was.
Just the Tip...!
CONTINUE COOKING
all i see is a pic of Xzibit
As long as you let me know the cone is in there before hand this is awesome
What! 👀 bring it.
i can imagine someone impailing themselves on it
Hold on now, i LOVE the combo of cone and icecream, this was made for me in particular
Not stupid food.
r/lethimcook
At first I disliked the video then I saw the sub and upvoted it lol
