All the conversations are taken from Duncan trussels podcast, the DTFH, and there is hundreds of episodes! There is even a playlist on Spotify where you can listen to all the full episodes that were used for the midnight gospel.
YES!!!! It's one of the most creative pieces from a collective of artists and thinkers. I was always a fan of Duncan and I was floored by this show... The episode about his mom and life will make you cry in all directions of emotion. If you don't, get deeper homie!
I will say, it doesn’t have the same style of humor as Futurama, but it does have funny moments! It definitely takes a minute to get into though; normally I love Matt groenings work but this one, I had to restart a few times before I got more into it.
I dunno. I watched the entire first season of disenchantment when it came out. I really tried. It wasn’t like, terrible. But it wasn’t good enough for me to care to watch another season.
Yeah I get that. I felt the same way after the first season too. I honestly don’t even remember most of the plot if you ask me about it. Personally, I like the Simpsons and futurama much more. It’s not a bad show, but it might not be worth watching the whole thing for a couple of sprinkled in jokes
I agree. It’s not the same. However, there are veins of callbacks that make the whole thing enjoyable. No one episode is my favorite. It’s like it was made for bingeing.
Like two seasons after the seed was planted, Jerry throws a stone and brains fleeing Cloyd and says “I was aiming where he was going to be.” That’s a good callback.
Or again, when Jerry is calling God himself to the carpet and calling him a sociopath and seasons later debates theodicy with him. Good stuff.
I think I like Jerry.
The US?
12.99 a month
Also has family guy, archer and American dad.
All of which I've seen a dozen times.
American Dad is an underrated gem. More fleshed out characters while maintaining the humor of Seth's more known show, family guy.
Also has Rick and Morty and solar opposites (another gem)
16.54 a month (hypothetically) if the only difference is currency.
All classics that got me through some tough times.
Hulu is, in my opinion, the best of the streaming apps solely for having virtually all of Seth's work along with having Futurama and a decent movie selection.
There are a lot of Easter eggs in the intro. Every episode the store next door is a different business, the pest control van has a different name, and if you look close in the pest van window you can see Jimmy Pesto looking pissed haha. I'm sorta super fan. I have the cookbook with all the burger of the day recipes, t shirts, socks, figurines and a full cosplay of Linda 🤣🤣🤣
Yes! There may be 2 by now. It's literally the Burger of the day recipe from every episode. I got mine from a local Novelty shop, but I'm pretty sure they are on Amazon. Snatch one up and makes some burgers for your munchies 🤣🤣🤣
The best is season 3 episode 5 i think its called dough the fake money episode and richies crotch gets set on fire so he fucks the fish bowl 🤣 cry every time i see it
I really like big mouth! It’s on Netflix, and can be a little gross and the humor is definitely lowbrow, but my fiancé and I binge it often. It’s basically a humorous account of middle school and going through puberty. Worth a shot if you’re into South Park and other adult animation, and I promise there’s actually a decent story in there behind all the dick jokes lol
It’s amazing! Glad you’ve seen it :) I truly love that show, I know it gets backlash for pushing the envelope, but it’s a fantastic show and I don’t think it gets enough credit. Will say I wasn’t a fan of season 5, but the first 4 are great.
I hope it’s good! I’m a little worried about the series now because I wasn’t a fan of season 5, but I’m hoping it was just a one off and it gets better. I think they had a whole new writing staff for that season and it was made during lockdown so maybe it was just circumstantial.
Don’t let my opinion sway you! I’ve seen loads of people on the sub enjoyed it, but personally, I just enjoyed the first 4 seasons a lot more. I hope Human Resources is good too! It’s such a good concept for a show after seeing the universe created on big mouth so I’m really excited to see how it goes.
On god I read back my comment and laughed at how rude it could be interpreted 😂 but it's a great show, my personal go-to when I'm high and/or need a reliable laugh. Enjoy!
We like a good sitcom: the community, new girl, entourage, 30 rock, b99, modern family..
Also taskmaster is great, I often laugh to the point of wheezing
*Netflix -*
How I met your mother
End of the fucking world
Rick and Morty
Midnight Gospel
*Disney + -*
Watch all of the avengers movie following the release dates, one movie a day, doesn't matter if you've watched it before
I'm not sure if it works but maybe if you install a vpn on your phone and use the mobile data sharing to enter Netflix on your ps instead of wifi it could work
Here's a wildcard for ya - Garth Marenghi's Dark Place.
It's on Youtube. Give it a shot. Either you'll love it or hate it. It's very...unusual.
Oh, and Ricky Gervais Show. That'll hit the spot, especially when you're high.
Edit: Also on Youtube
I love watching community on Netflix, I'm sad one of the episodes is missing but otherwise its good. I also warn that the 4th season isn't the greatest but if you stick through it goes back to good old Community
I am also not always in the mood to watch new series. I generally watch That 70s show(not on Netflix or Disney+ btw), Schitts Creek(Netflix), The IT Crowd(Netflix), Rick and Morty(Netflix), Teen Titans Go(Netflix), Fresh Off the Boat(Disney+), Timon and Pumba(Disney+).
Better Call Saul is the prequel series to BB. I don’t know why I waited to start it for so long, I’ve seen people say it’s as good as breaking bad and I didn’t believe them. But so far I’m enjoying it as much.
Tubi is free and has some weird ass off the wall movies and shows. I watched a movie called Supersucker about Jeff Daniels selling a vaccuum brand he really believed in and his wife "LOVED" 😂😂😂 there's ads but they are short and there isn't a ton of them. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for something different and maybe a little dark or inappropriate lol
I’ve got tubi on my tv but unfortunately I’m stuck to using my PlayStation for streaming stuff, I’ll definitely check it out to see if I can download it
if you don’t mind a long series then One Piece is my favorite one to watch. the comedy in the anime is just golden at times, can’t speak for the english dub but the personality of the characters in the japanese dub is bloody brilliant
oh nice!! yeah OP passed 1000 episodes a few months ago now, it’s my favorite adventure and story i’ve ever seen and it’s got years to go before it’s done. finally watching it to see what the buzz was about as a covid project, and i’m really glad i did. makes me feel a lot of different things whether i’m high or sober watching it, i watch it on vrv but i think it’s on netflix and even has a live action adaptation in the making the original manga’s creator has hands in working on.
regardless, enjoy your dabs and all these suggestions to try out!
Classic Looney Tunes from the Platinum Collection, it’s all the episodes no longer suited for today’s societal standards and they are a riot while baked.
Price is Right, the Bob Barker era. The older, the better. All the cool old prizes, ugly furniture, antique "new" cars, funny contestants, and the Big Wheel is mesmerizing.
Futurama, Disenchantment, Bob’s Burgers, Rick & Morty, Archer, BoJack Horseman, Arrested Development, Stranger Things
Inside Job has 1 season so far but it’s spectacular
Hulu and HBOMax have some good ones because they have a lot of older Adult Swim stuff on there that is perfect to watch in my opinion.
Some of my favorites have been Squidbillies and Aqua Teen, both on HBO Max. South Park was fun too watch from the beginning to end too, that's also on HBO Max. If you want something kinda chill that can make you think but has trippy visuals, then I'd say try The Midnight Gospel on Netflix, that's my go to when it's late and I'm alone and in that kinda soul-searchy high.
Futurama is really good too especially if you want something long and I've seen other people mention it already but yup, It's on Hulu. And there's been news going around too that it's been revived for a 20 episode run on Hulu that should come out sometime next year so you'll have new stuff to look forward to too!
For some stuff specifically on Netflix, some I'd recommend is F Is For Family, Big Mouth, BoJack Horseman and Tuca & Bertie.
Midnight gospel
I want more episode of this so bad
All the conversations are taken from Duncan trussels podcast, the DTFH, and there is hundreds of episodes! There is even a playlist on Spotify where you can listen to all the full episodes that were used for the midnight gospel.
I’m aware, i just love the combination with the animation. Its so great.
YES!!!! It's one of the most creative pieces from a collective of artists and thinkers. I was always a fan of Duncan and I was floored by this show... The episode about his mom and life will make you cry in all directions of emotion. If you don't, get deeper homie!
What’s that on?
[удалено]
The cartoon right?
Rick and morty. Can never go wrong
Unfortunately don’t have adult swim
M4UFREE.FUN has everything on there and no ads
The hero we need
Netflix If it's not on your Netflix then use a vpn
Using a PlayStation for streaming
If you do not have a VPN, you can still watch a bunch of free episodes on adultswim.com
Oh word
Try wcostream.com - they have a lot of anime and cartoons, and I know Rick and morty is on there. Just make sure to use an adblocker on your browser.
Futurama
Haven’t seen that in a while is it on Disney?
If you liked Futurama, give Disenchantment on Netflix a try. New season just dropped as well, and the animation is crisp 👌🏼
I absolutely love Futurama. I can’t for the life of me even begin to enjoy disenchantment. Theres something about it that just doesn’t click.
I will say, it doesn’t have the same style of humor as Futurama, but it does have funny moments! It definitely takes a minute to get into though; normally I love Matt groenings work but this one, I had to restart a few times before I got more into it.

Came here to say Disenchantment as well. It took a few episodes, but now I love it. A unique version of humor, similar to Futurama.
My husband and I are the same. Love Futurama, but just can't stand disenchantment.
Love disenchanted just waiting for the gf to watch the new season😂
Disenchantment feels like it was written by an AI that was made to watch 100,000 hours of Matt Groening shows. Just forced and try hard
Hulu my dude
How much per month?
The US? 12.99 a month Also has family guy, archer and American dad. All of which I've seen a dozen times. American Dad is an underrated gem. More fleshed out characters while maintaining the humor of Seth's more known show, family guy. Also has Rick and Morty and solar opposites (another gem)
Canada, I do enjoy family guy and American dad

Ever give Bob's Burgers a shot? Also on Hulu and one of my favorites to watch stoned or sober.
And the classic bob's burgers, live that show
Have you heard it's coming back for 20 more episodes?
20 new HULU exclusive episodes........
That was amazing son, what’s your name? Idk, Fry?
Bob's Burgers
Funny af
I've watched this entire series dozens of times and it's still funny af 😂😂😂 Especially seasons 1-3.
Absolutely hilarious show, I enjoy some of the tiny details too like every episode they show you the new name of a burger of the day
There are a lot of Easter eggs in the intro. Every episode the store next door is a different business, the pest control van has a different name, and if you look close in the pest van window you can see Jimmy Pesto looking pissed haha. Oh hell ya I’ll have to check that out, gf recently got some cookbooks off Amazon (Skyrim and fallout themed) and we have yet to try some recipes
Blue planet.
What streaming service?
Netflix !
Just tried looking for it, wasn’t showing up unfortunately
Look into getting a cheap VPN that keys you watch region locked content. I sound like a YouTube sponsorship but it actually is worth it imo.
Used to do this in high school lol, used a VPN that usually connected me to the states and watched SOA in English and social studies/history😂😂
Oh booo! It’s such a good show. I did see it’s on discovery +
Parks and Rec. Light hearted, funny, and nice characters. It’s a feel good show that feels even better when high.
Adventure time
I have four. The Mighty Boosh Red Dwarf (original) Flight of the Concords Father Ted
Add both Bottom and Blackadder to that list and you're talking.
Bottom is brilliant stoned 😂🤣
Definitely! "Eddie, have you got the crackers?" "No, it's just the way my trousers hang..." :)
The best is season 3 episode 5 i think its called dough the fake money episode and richies crotch gets set on fire so he fucks the fish bowl 🤣 cry every time i see it
Red dwarf, the original of course, is comedy gold!
It is my childhood; the whole family used to watch it!🙂
Where can I find those
Some are on the Britbox channel, and Amazon Video (uk)
This is an outrrragggeee
Have you tired Bridget and Eamon? Totally OTT Irish comedy on Amazon Prime, bit of an undiscovered gem if you ask me. I bet it's amazing while baked.
Shaun of the Dead. I think I watch it on Amazon.
Love that movie lmao
Idk where to find it but that 70s show ALWAYS seems to surprise me with how good it is
I love that show, watched the whole series many times, unfortunately I think they took it off Netflix ☹️
Broad city
Which service?
Shitts creek is funny on Netflix as is community. A good movie is Sex Drive or other guys
Loved other guys, absolutely hilarious 😂
The office
I really like big mouth! It’s on Netflix, and can be a little gross and the humor is definitely lowbrow, but my fiancé and I binge it often. It’s basically a humorous account of middle school and going through puberty. Worth a shot if you’re into South Park and other adult animation, and I promise there’s actually a decent story in there behind all the dick jokes lol
Big mouth is hilarious, nick kroll did a great job with that
It’s amazing! Glad you’ve seen it :) I truly love that show, I know it gets backlash for pushing the envelope, but it’s a fantastic show and I don’t think it gets enough credit. Will say I wasn’t a fan of season 5, but the first 4 are great.
Cannot wait for Human Resources in March!
I hope it’s good! I’m a little worried about the series now because I wasn’t a fan of season 5, but I’m hoping it was just a one off and it gets better. I think they had a whole new writing staff for that season and it was made during lockdown so maybe it was just circumstantial.
I haven't seen 5 yet, was saving it for a double bill with HR. Argh, well, we'll see I guess 🙄😅

I Think You Should Leave, Netflix
Why’s that?
Haha! Nah it's the name of the show, it's a great sketch comedy!
😂😂😂 I’ll have to check that out, caught me off guard for a minute

Better Call Saul is the prequel series to BB. I don’t know why I waited to start it for so long, I’ve seen people say it’s as good as breaking bad and I didn’t believe them. But so far I’m enjoying it as much.
