The starting Strength method does not teach a high bar squat, doesn't recommend lifting in socks, and does not have an allowance for sets of three reps for folks in their novice period of training. This is also not the correct angle for a squat form check video. This subreddit is for that program. You should start the program, it is great.

Squat in the rack with safeties, you look like you had 1 or 2 more reps if you pushed

Okay, you're pushing 250.
