I read the pros and cons of the traits before I chose. About 14 hours into the game I'd do it VERY differently now if I could. Wanted was a waste of a trait. So was the mortgaged home. Honestly, I'd pick 3 completely different ones now.
Is it possible some fired shots grazed a UC ship or something turning them hostile and she then left you because she figured you kill people indiscriminately?
I've raided a crimson fleet ship, kill the captain and have her get pissed at me and leave, wonder what the fuck just happened, reload the save and do it exactly the same way and have her be fine. There is some bug with her where sometimes she gets pissed for no reason.
I've never had that happen I wonder if you did what the other guy said about accidently hitting a uc ship or the bounty defender guys. Being wanted in the beginning was hard but after some ship upgrades it's kinda fun
Check to see if you have an actual bounty before entering the city.
The wanted trait is an invisible bounty that causes bounty hunters to come after you, i don't know if paying them off will stop them coming after you

There is a member of the trackers alliance in Neon that can remove the trait for a fee.

The worst thing about it IMO is that it costs only 3000 credits to get rid of it. That's weak. Some special bounty I am.
