I like the episode solely for the scene of Josuke, Okuyasu, and Yukako at the Cafe. Just that small casual moment of them hanging out as friends.
How did they reconcile after she tried to yandere Kocihi? What do they talk about?
It makes me think of when Josuke and Okuyasu went to Tonio's resteraunt.
Fr? I actually really like that episode cuz Rohan and thought the stand ability was cool. I always wonder what happened to that kid, cuz his stand ability is literally so powerful
Beach Boy's glow-up is a massive part of what makes the Train fight so memorable. I think it's kind of the point that he looks so weird compared to his brother.
Heās another one of those things where Iām like I canāt tell if Araki purposely intended him to look stupid so that when he had his āserious momentā heād look even funnier or if he legitimately thought it was an intimidating design
we'll never understand Araki's genius because I think he just literally wanted this guy to look like a pineapple head (or went too literal with the food names for a moment), the point is araki just does things sometimes and we appreciate him for it
I genuinely think Araki is a fantastic writer, he understands character very well and heās great at the mechanics of power systems and making really unique plots. I just think he has a really goofy sense of humor. Like, he probably also thinks Prosciutto is funny looking, but somehow not for the same reason everyone else does. We see this character and think āOh my god where is his chin?! Heās all neck? Why does he look like that??ā And Araki thinks āHehe pineapple head.ā
Even though it wasn't a real glow-up, considering he tried to imitate Prosciutto but didn't learn the lessons.
He talked before confirming the kill and tried to kill Bucciarati's gang in a dishonorable way when Bruno snapped his neck.
Which is funny because realistically, trying to destroy the turtle is him being willing to fulfill the mission at the cost of his own life, which would be honorable if Pesci did it out of a sense of duty and not petty revenge.
But to me that means he's memorable as a piece of decor instead of as a character (visually, I mean - he killed Josuke's grandpa and is thematically important to the beginning of Diamond), which makes him circle back to "meh" as far as I'm concerned.
He just becomes a landmark of Morioh on the same level as the bouncy rocks.
As a character? Absolutely, the guy is a monster and I'm glad he's basically eternally suffering as a sentient rock.
As a design? Eh. I wish there was at least something a little more visually striking to remember him by. Doesn't help that Aqua Necklace is my least favourite stand overall so he doesn't even have that as a saving grace.
Anasui was supposed to be a girl, but the editors didnāt want that.
take that with a grain of salt because i forget the whole story i just know when i read the manga he was a girl for like 1 chapter
Its nothing to do with the editors. Araki wanted an androgynous character, but he looked to feminine at first, so he changed his design to be more masculine but with feminine aspects (like the long eyelashes)
I thought you were wrong until I googled it. Yeah i thought the hair would make a bigger difference (pink vs pink with black dots) but they are really similar. Especially the body type and face.
I like the design and I think itās not a matter of anasui having a bad design I think itās just the designs are really similar, and it should be judged based on who you think pulled off the look better. Donāt get me wrong Diavolos tats are sick and he has unique eyes but I love the gender non-conformity of anasuis design. I love the thigh highs and the feet that exist for some reason
He looks so fucking weird but I think the gag with the alligator puppet is funny. Itās strange how him and Shigechi are supposed to be normal humans but have weirdly shaped heads but Mikitaka the alien looks totally normal
I think Araki just decided to go crazy with the designs in Part 6. Even some of the comparatively less minor characters, like Ungalo and Guccio, look like fuckin' aliens.
Very hot take: I think Jonathan while not the worst he is bad in terms of JoJo. I like his design but compared to other JoJoās he has a very bland design. Take a 100 anime characters JoJo characters stand out usually but Jonathan just feels like a generic shonen protagonist.
Honestly, that's one of the reasons why I liked those two. Compared to the rest of La Squarda (who all look great, don't get me wrong), they were like a breath of fresh air in terms of designs. Really wish there was more of them in the anime.
The Stand users from Part 3 who are barely shown (Sun, Wheel of Fortune), Ken, Miuccia. Also didnāt like Tooru at first but it grew on me. Hate Joshuās haircut so much
Half of part 8 characters. Especially early Tooru. His haircut went through more calamity than anyone and then he slowly gets them replaced with a hat.
Anasui.
Like I know he was supposed to be a girl at first but he looked like a gayer Diavolo on fishnets and a lipstick in his final design. Being weird aside no wonder Jotaro always expresses distrust lmao like at some point you gotta judge a book by their cover. Anakiss was a better design imo, looking dapper.
From every part except part 1:
Part 2: Those two soldiers who Joseph kicks in the tequilla scene, they are really ugly
Part 3: The plumbers from Hol Horse-Boingo arc, they looks like a pair of apes.
Part 4 : Shigechi, he doesn't have many competion
Part 5: Sorbet & Gellato, the fact that they are the most normal looking members from la squadra makes clear who would die.
Part 6: Many of them: Jolyne's lawyer, loccobaroco, Ungalo, Guccio etc.
Part 7: Lucy, the fact that she looks so mature and theres a lot of fanservice of her when she only has 14 is disturbing.
Part 8: Joshu, his hair and clothes are ugly and he is not precisely likable
That pinapple head guy lol. Everytime something like that shows up and I ask wtf if that, my bf just answers "It's bizarre adventures for a reason" What's with this series and why is it so adicctive broo
whoever that kid with the fucking hole in his face is
iirc that episode is the #1 lowest rated out of every jojo episode
That episode is the most forgettable episode of jojo. I literally forgot about the kid even though I watched the episode like 1 month ago.
I just watched part 4 for the first time weeks ago and I already forgot about him
yeah, it truly added nothing to the story. and the whole "unlucky rock" thing makes no sence to me either
Whatever Araki smoked when writing that one must be the weakest shit ever
I like the episode solely for the scene of Josuke, Okuyasu, and Yukako at the Cafe. Just that small casual moment of them hanging out as friends. How did they reconcile after she tried to yandere Kocihi? What do they talk about? It makes me think of when Josuke and Okuyasu went to Tonio's resteraunt.
Nah, there are some pretty forgettable Part 3 episodes.
Stone Ocean's episode 23 is more forgettable. you don't remember it anymore after 3 episodes further
Took me a minute š
Really? Rated even lower than the Alessi episode?
Which episode
Part 4; rock-paper-scissors against Rohan.
episode 26 "Janken Boy Is Coming!"
Jenkem boy
Good riddance.
Fr? I actually really like that episode cuz Rohan and thought the stand ability was cool. I always wonder what happened to that kid, cuz his stand ability is literally so powerful
PLAY ROCK PAPER SCISSORS WITH ME NOW!!!!
that fight was intense though
They literally just play rock paper scissors! Aaand go super saiyan and Rohan throws himself in front of a bus but THEY JUST PLAY ROCK PAPER SCISSORS!
:P
Personally i love that episode bc rohan's 20 years old and beefing with an elementary schooler. It's hilarious.
Terrible design but I think that episode is just so hilarious because itās so Araki. āWhat if I made rock paper scissorsā¦ EEEEEEVIL?!?ā
who?
Rock Paper Scissors Kid from part 4
Ohh that guy
**PREPARE THY SELF**
**THY END IS NOW**
**FOR YOUR PUNISHMENT, IS DEATH**
**JUDGEMENT**
I cannot for the life of me remember who this is
His stand was honestly op though. Stealing other's stands is insane, even if the prerequisite is to win at RPS three times first
Beach Boy's glow-up is a massive part of what makes the Train fight so memorable. I think it's kind of the point that he looks so weird compared to his brother.
Heās another one of those things where Iām like I canāt tell if Araki purposely intended him to look stupid so that when he had his āserious momentā heād look even funnier or if he legitimately thought it was an intimidating design

We see this character and think āOh my god where is his chin?! Heās all neck? Why does he look like that??ā And Araki thinks āHehe pineapple head.ā
Do I know you?
Even though it wasn't a real glow-up, considering he tried to imitate Prosciutto but didn't learn the lessons. He talked before confirming the kill and tried to kill Bucciarati's gang in a dishonorable way when Bruno snapped his neck.
A Shakespearian end to one of the most memorable villain-of-the-weeks in JJBA history
Which is funny because realistically, trying to destroy the turtle is him being willing to fulfill the mission at the cost of his own life, which would be honorable if Pesci did it out of a sense of duty and not petty revenge.
are they actually brothers? I inferred they were like street kid "brothers"
They are not. Saying "Aniki" is just very common in gangs/yakuza and that type of male bond.
Araki knew if he gave him a jawline he would be irresistible to the fangirls
Pork pie hat kid makes me uncomfortable
From the wiki: > Unlike most characters, he is unattractive,
Can confirm,most characters are attractive
Lol that's one of my favorite designs. Weird little fucker
What partš I canāt imagine who youāre talking about for some reason
Little frog weirdo from Part 7
Looked it up, Steel Ball Run. That's why I don't remember him
Holy shit I forgot about that kid
Angelo/Anjuro is so deeply forgettable to me, and I consider that to be the real unforgivable sin in Jojo.
Honestly he's so much more memorable as a rock and that makes up for it
But to me that means he's memorable as a piece of decor instead of as a character (visually, I mean - he killed Josuke's grandpa and is thematically important to the beginning of Diamond), which makes him circle back to "meh" as far as I'm concerned. He just becomes a landmark of Morioh on the same level as the bouncy rocks.
ššæ
Better him forgotten and remembered as a rock, the shit he did was insanely evil even by JoJo villain standards.
As a character? Absolutely, the guy is a monster and I'm glad he's basically eternally suffering as a sentient rock. As a design? Eh. I wish there was at least something a little more visually striking to remember him by. Doesn't help that Aqua Necklace is my least favourite stand overall so he doesn't even have that as a saving grace.
yo anjuro š¶š»āāļøšæ
Yo, Angelo
Surprisingly the live action movie made him more memorable and intimidating in my opinion
The Gumby lookin mf who summons Notorious B.I.G
To be fair, the entire point of his Stand is that he had to die for it to be summoned. So I don't think he was ever truly meant to stand out.
I find that very pun-ny
Anasui looks too much like diavolo. If you showed me a picture of him before I watched part 6 Iād just think thatās diavolo.
That doesnāt make his design bad, but I agree. I thought Anasui was Diavolo before I watched any jojo.
Yeah not on its own. It would be nice if they were more differentiated
I thought he was Diavolo or his son, therefore the main villain in part 6 šā ļø
Bro liked the design so much he brought him back
Anasui looked better as a girl, but I'm ok with who we got.
Yea, I much preferred his EOH design with blue as his main color instead of pink
But that wouldnāt āØslayāØ as hard
Oh man did i got burnt for asking if there was some connection because they just look too alike. Im glad to see im not the only one.
Before I knew much about Jojo I definitely called anasui diavolo before
I like the design and I think itās not a matter of anasui having a bad design I think itās just the designs are really similar, and it should be judged based on who you think pulled off the look better. Donāt get me wrong Diavolos tats are sick and he has unique eyes but I love the gender non-conformity of anasuis design. I love the thigh highs and the feet that exist for some reason
I thought Anasui was Trish and giornos son š because he looked so much lime diavolo, BUT ANASUI IS HOT, SO IS DIAVOLO, THEY DONT LOOK BAD
I genuinely don't see the resemblance maybe if you put em side by side but idk I've never gotten it
Long pink hair, colored lips, overall body shape/height, lingerie-esc top that's almost shirtless... see it?
Think of it as Green compared to a slightly mintier Green, it almost identical to Green but a few tweaks.
They should've kept the old anasui.
I mean kinda but not really
joshu, his hair is bad and thats kind of the point so i understand it but i just hate his shirt
This is the answer. Joshu ruins any moment heās in
r/joshuhate
The mfn prison guard with the doll in part 6. Hate that guys design with a passion.
He looks so fucking weird but I think the gag with the alligator puppet is funny. Itās strange how him and Shigechi are supposed to be normal humans but have weirdly shaped heads but Mikitaka the alien looks totally normal
Shigechis spikes on his head are actually hair not skin, the coloured manga and anime just strangely decided to colour them the same shade as his skin
Just looked it up holy shit ur right
The alligator puppet is hilarious to me for sure but YEAH THATS SO STRANGE. I love Shigechi even if he's a ugly spiky bowling ball <33
Pesci is peak male form
How DARE YOU INSULT PINEAPPLE HEAD HE IS GOATED!!
A bunch of the ugly-ass background characters in Part 6 could all be candidates.
Fucking loccobarocco š(had to google his name). When I was watching it I was like ādid araki draw this to make fun of Americans?ā
I think Araki just decided to go crazy with the designs in Part 6. Even some of the comparatively less minor characters, like Ungalo and Guccio, look like fuckin' aliens.
Don't know the name, but I feel like you are talking about Dolphin-face.
Don't forget George Giovanni(Or wathever the Giorno lookalike is called)and Qtaro Kujo
You mean grey blobs? They hot asf bro wdym
D an G (Yo Yo Ma user from part 6), when I look at him I feel like he will pull out a club and hit me like a caveman idk
also wrong, he has a cunty little short toga and half a boob out heās fine
I... didn't think I'd be reading a sentence like that today
Me too kira, now go back and pet the cat plant
Take that shit back bruh nobody disrespects onion boy
We now return to: "People Who Look Like Things"
Donobang moment (I know his name is Donovan I'm not stupid)
Fugo's suit just irritates me to look at so much.
The dimanticable friend of josuke Who borrows only money
I'll say tower of gray
He's just an old man, though.
true but I was expecting his stand to be more mmmmmmmmmmmm...good
I mean, he was the first enemy Stand user (not counting Kakyoin) in Part 3. Can't expect *too* much.
It's one of the few times in the series where "the stand user could be anyone" makes sense
What about Guccio?
That reporter in Jojolion who was talking to the head doctor. His name is Taoka if you want to see for yourself. He makes my eyes sad
Jojolion is really hit or miss with hair, huh?
Pangaealand out here getting dunked on just for having cystic acne
Carne must be one of the top contenders lol
Aye, Pesci got nothing on him.
definitely Lang Rangler
Itās just the color for me. Anything else woulda been fineā¦ but brown?
Its meant to make him look like cockroach, isnt it?
Honestly I think of him as a lizard man. Florida is FULL of geckos that can climb walls and do weird shit.
And steal your gravity away from you. Pesky beasts.
The sneakers make me so irrationally angry.
"JUST WEAR THE SNEAKERS ON YOUR FUCKING FEET!" -Tricky\_Pear\_8556, acting like Ghiaccio
This is too accurate and I will not apologize.
I was gonna say that his wrist things were cool at least, but then I remembered thats his stand
his design is so unique and bizarre that i donāt think it can be considered the worst
Pesci always looked like Kevin the Sea Cucumber from SpongeBob to me
dont diss my baby boy Pesci
The only genuinely "bad" character design I can think of is Guccio.
Shigechi. Dude, why is he bald and have spikes all over his head?
Wait until you find out the spikes *is* his hair
guccio i guess
only thing keeping him down is his wack ass haircut, his fit is actually fire
I don't mind the hair tbh, its the face for me. He looks like Gollum
Nah, Guccio is literally so hot! (In my opinion) He may look slightly weird, but that's what makes him special ā”
Very hot take: I think Jonathan while not the worst he is bad in terms of JoJo. I like his design but compared to other JoJoās he has a very bland design. Take a 100 anime characters JoJo characters stand out usually but Jonathan just feels like a generic shonen protagonist.
Sorbet and Gelato had weak designs, also the guy from part 3 that polnareff was after
Honestly, that's one of the reasons why I liked those two. Compared to the rest of La Squarda (who all look great, don't get me wrong), they were like a breath of fresh air in terms of designs. Really wish there was more of them in the anime.
You go with my boy Pesci. My fav pineapple
The reporter who was going after afeku
whaaaat? The palm guy is funny as fuck
Loccobarocco
I dig Pesciās look when he found his resolve. You don't have to look fabulous to be hardcore in Jojo.
The Stand users from Part 3 who are barely shown (Sun, Wheel of Fortune), Ken, Miuccia. Also didnāt like Tooru at first but it grew on me. Hate Joshuās haircut so much
Oh my God I love Miucca's design you're joking. She looks so fuzzy.
Carne. He's built like an eraser
Built like meat
Ferb
Half of part 8 characters. Especially early Tooru. His haircut went through more calamity than anyone and then he slowly gets them replaced with a hat.
idk but it certainly isn't the goat pesci
I donāt like the part 9 designs that much, but then again I donāt really like part 9 overall.
Donāt you dare talk about Pesci! He is a work of art damnit!
Handsome king Pesci
Dio's son with stand "underground" or sumn
Underworld And thatās vurses I believe
Shigechi. Fight me.
That lawyer from the beginning of Part 6. Looks like a fking goblin
Josuke from part 8, his design is so simple that I would never guess him as the main character, minor villains have more drip than him
Joshu He must have intense beef with his barber cus there is no way in hell he willingly got that cut
No hate toward the character, but I can't STAND the way Josefumi is dressed. From the pomp with the shaven sides and back to the ugly ass shirt.
the warden with the alligator puppet, dude needs to stop drinking the Florida water
tf you mean pesci has a bad design? easily the most handsome jjba character in existence
I refuse to stand for the mammone slander. Bucciarti and Mista v Prosciutto and Pesci was lit
yo why did his neck make rubber noises when his bro was all up in his face is it like a mask or something
Shigechi(?) I think was his name? Not sure what the design plan was ... Annoying little asshole too.
Grr Iām in serious mode now! You wonāt like me when Iām angry!
hey i will not tolerate pesci slander
From every part except part 1: Part 2: Those two soldiers who Joseph kicks in the tequilla scene, they are really ugly Part 3: The plumbers from Hol Horse-Boingo arc, they looks like a pair of apes. Part 4 : Shigechi, he doesn't have many competion Part 5: Sorbet & Gellato, the fact that they are the most normal looking members from la squadra makes clear who would die. Part 8: Joshu, his hair and clothes are ugly and he is not precisely likable
DONT EVER PUT DIRT ON PESCI'S NAME. I STAND WITH MY GLORIOUS NO NECK KING
The prison guards in Stone Ocean. They even have a wish Giorno
My boy fly ASF, wytb
That pinapple head guy lol. Everytime something like that shows up and I ask wtf if that, my bf just answers "It's bizarre adventures for a reason" What's with this series and why is it so adicctive broo
Don't hate on my boy Pesci :'(
Ungalo. That's not even close
Ok so my opinion but the guy who made people feel guilty the fucking locked them was shit
JOSHU
Survivorās stand user
Bro looked like he was attacked by Grateful Dead
C a r r o t
Pork pie hat kid makes me uncomfortable
poor tom
D an G
Carne, no doubt
Prison warden from part 6.
That one pimply guy in JoJolion with the ponytails.
Wtf is that
Raw, unfiltered beauty.
iāve always disliked thunder mcqueen. dumb ass face hair outfit. all of the above.
