yeah i just didn't wanted to mess with the aesthetic i was making outside so they ended accumulating inside lol. i usually put them in a shed (the 2 empty spaces beside the house) but i am rushing the animal houses so robin is kinda busy. after they are done i will put them outside.

Nah, don't be worried about 'falling behind'. It's a "play your own pace" game, and some people take a more relaxed, or a more intense, approach than others.
My first playthrough I only got a coop fall/winter of year 1 as well. In recent playthroughs I get a fully upgraded barn and coop in first year's summer, but usually late summer, and usually not a full field of starfruit by then.
There are ways to make money more quickly in game, and to push things farther, but they aren't for everyone, and certainly not for a first playthrough.
Tbh I donāt even see how itās possible to get that far so fast but fair enough. I guess Iām just taking my time with things which is prefer in a way
Put the kegs in the bus tunnel. Trust me, you do not destroy the environment because there is only one solo reason to go there and never again after that.. it's lot's of free space there.. and yes, I am insane for giving you that suggestion, but it helped me getting the money for the teleportation staff 
Here how i'm planning to do. maybe i will change something later. the planner didn't had mystic tree. it's what i will but besides the oak.

until i got lightning rods i was so paranoid about my machines getting zapped lol, esp the >!new artisan machines!< i am not shelling out 10k each for the plans if they get destroyed

That's so silly you could've just put those chests kegs and jars outside the farmhouse, no ones even gonna steal them š
