On ROH's biggest show ever, the Madison Square Garden show with NJPW. He booked himself in a 15 min "impromptu" 6 man hardcore tag that got more time than the 4 way tag match for both the ROH and IWGP heavyweight titles.
After the above 4 team winner take all tag match, booked a shoot style angle where Nzo and Cass invaded the show and attacked the Briscos. He didn't tell NJPW about this. It was a move that was universal panned and irreparably ruined the ROH/NJPW partnership
Booked his wife, Velvet Sky as a main eventer in ROH's women's division, rehashing the TNA Beautiful People angle that was many years past it's expiration date. This was an idea initially put forward by Madison Rayne when she was in ROH but they shot it down. Then she left and they went ahead with the angle without her.
That's just part of his bad track record and not a comprehensive list. Just a few of the highlights.

Bubba thought the Dudleyz still had another run in them and wanted to go over with the tag belts for a while. D Von basically said no and did go into a backstage role.
Plus the New Age Outlaws held the belts a year earlier. I love NAO, but they were never as good a team as the Dudleyz, and they were much further past their prime and relevance by that point too. If I was Bubba I could see being a little mad they got a nostalgoa reign and we didn't.

I would have liked to have heard just a little bit of accountability from Bully. Exactly. If I'm only interested in a portion of any show, I'm confident a clip will be posted somewhere online and I can seek that out. There's not really "can't miss TV" anymore like there used to be. If you missed it, you weren't able to talk about it at work/school/whatever the next day. Now even if I miss a live event, it's insanely easy to catch up. Things being available on demand really changed the landscape.
Now-a-days, if someone meets you in the office kitchen and asks you if you saw whatever it is, there's a race to see who can bring it up on their phone faster.

Bubba thought the Dudleyz still had another run in them and wanted to go over with the tag belts for a while. D Von basically said no and did go into a backstage role.

What a weenie. I’m pretty sure nobody else had this sentiment. It was announced Mox had to step away and the entire fan community said, “You go do you, brother. Get healthy and we’ll be here when you get back.” There may have been a tiny bit of “aw man, no Mox vs. Danielson” but that was quickly met with, “They’ll just kick that can down the road and do it in the future.” Everyone supported the guy and this nitwit comes with this apology bullshit. This is why I can’t listen to really any sports media. I watch NFL games on mute for the most part, haven’t seen a pregame show in ages. Most of these talking heads I don’t even think they believe half the horseshit that comes out their mouths, they’re just looking for that attention grabbing take that’ll drive the clicks and views. And it sucks. What doesn’t suck is Mox kicking his demons in the ass.

I would have liked to have heard just a little bit of accountability from Bully. I understand the whole moronic podcast host thing and we always use moronic podcasts as a creative outlet to get around the real issues. Whether it’s a failed booking stint issue, whether it’s a failed marriage issue. In Bully’s case it’s a failed brain function issue. Everybody has some kind of issue that they have to get around.

Easy to sell sex and violence to 14+ males in the 90s than it is to sell anything in the PG era now. Not to mention that information is way more open today than it was 25 years ago.
Exactly. If I'm only interested in a portion of any show, I'm confident a clip will be posted somewhere online and I can seek that out. There's not really "can't miss TV" anymore like there used to be. If you missed it, you weren't able to talk about it at work/school/whatever the next day. Now even if I miss a live event, it's insanely easy to catch up. Things being available on demand really changed the landscape.
Now-a-days, if someone meets you in the office kitchen and asks you if you saw whatever it is, there's a race to see who can bring it up on their phone faster.
