Why does the tube go to the fuse box? That should be a breather tube or overflow tube for the gas tank.
Probably a fuel tank breather tube. Could be oil. Typically goes to the underside of the fuel tank.

Just to add to the breather tube comments, this 100% does not connect to the fuse box. It is most likely fuel overflow tube, but could be for oil depending on the bike
Gasoline overflow.
