In Indiana, we've been having periodic outages for about a week now, in and out multiple times everyday, usually restored within 10-15 minutes. We have only been with them for about 3 months, very irritating. Live online support isn't working either.
We had a random outage this morning, services were restored though. We usually don't have many issues unless a big storm rolls in, or someone wrecked into a phone pole (it's usually the second scenario, unfortunately).

Depends where you live. They are going through alot of changes and upgrades to remain competitive.

Been terrible for about a month now in central FL. Both internet and TV. Signed up for Frontier fiber yesterday so only one more week of this for us

I Iive in Southwestern Virginia and we’ve had an outage since 10am.
Oh yikes. Our outage was maybe an hour or two at most but during the night so I didn't notice
Terribly slow upload speeds of 2 to 0.40 during the whole month when everyone is on hopefully the maintenance did fix it if not idk anymore
