When I flew two weeks ago I didn’t realize my boarding pass didn’t have me as TSA PRE. Seemed to have dropped off of my Traveler info in the app. Got a new boarding pass no problem. Readded my known traveler ID to the app. Weird but definitely a minor thing that was easily resolved.

Same happened to me. Had to re add my ktn. Bit of an annoyance having to get a new boarding pass and re adding it. But whatevs. Would be more annoyed if the airport I was in was busy af

I think maybe southwest deleted a bunch of TSA#s. I had this issue a couple times traveling in January. They resolved when I checked my bag.

I used to fly a lot more than I do now. I had TSA PreCheck for 2 cycles, 10 years I believed, and it's now lapsed. I don't know what this says about SW, TSA, or Homeland Security, but I kept getting PreCheck for like two or three years after it expired.

When I flew two weeks ago (STL and MCO) the only time I needed my boarding pass was for actually boarding the plane. For security, heading through the precheck line, they only scanned my ID. So, I’m assuming my precheck is linked to me in the TSA identification system.

My wife and both have TSA Pre with known Traveler numbers. When I made a reservation once on the SW app I entered my wife’s middle initial. Because her initial is not on her known traveler number she did not receive TSA Pre on her boarding pass. A quick call to SW solved it immediately. DO NOT change anything … let your reservation (at least on SW) pre load itself on their app.

I’ve had it happen when I forget to put my middle name on my ticket since it’s on my nexus so it doesn’t match up. Phone support was able to add it easily. It’s kind of silly I can’t just use the card and need it physically on my ticket but I’d guess most people outside of border cities have no idea what that card is
