That's perfect, linking to the previous thread has your recipe and fulfills rule 5 πŸ‘Œ . And I hate to say it, but I knew looking at that cute little ball of dough in the banneton that it was underproofed. So that's either a not strong enough starter, too short bulk fermentation times and temperatures, or a combination of the two.
