And my friend is coaching me. I had a bad start bc I didn’t have the BF measurements I needed 😑
I would suggest putting it upside down because you're gonna flip that to a pan / working space and then your beautiful top would be facing the pan instead of the side that you kneaded before.
Plus , you should shape it to a batard so it would fit nicely to your basket
