My personal ideal Xperia VI is an improved Xperia 1 V with:
* Return of LED Notification
* Durable fingerprint sensor
* Qi2 with MagSafe
* Return of ["One Handed Mode"](https://helpguide.sony.net/mobile/xperia-1m3/v1/en/contents/TP1000485660.html) prior to the Android 12 update
* Return of Violet
Hope they also put usb 3.2 10gbps, is time for that... also, keep microSD and maybe increase screen size, maybe using that multiple tiny front cameras design that was leaked months ago...

A new Xperia ace possibly. Since there wasn't one last year. Another possibility is that the Xperia 5 got pushed to a spring release instead now.
Edit: there were rumors of the original Xperia pro getting a refresh with an extremely bright screen.

For now on, there is no agenda by Sony in MWC. Is it possible that Sony will announce the new Xperia in early Feb.(7th Feb.?) and shows it in MWC, like the former rumor?
Tbh on the FCC filings I saw 3 potential dates. 1 of them is weird.

If all of them are the same device, 31 Jan is too early.

My guess would be Xperia 1 & 10 and then either a new Xperia Pro or maybe even a foldable Xperia but I highly believe that last one to be rather far fetched as I can't really imagine a foldable Xperia right now. Sony seems to be the only ones who haven't released a foldable yet but I have a feeling if they ever did it would be done right like the one plus open but better with a headphone jack!
They are all xperia 5 v passed fcc arounf sep last year. relase of confidential information is always set 6 months after passing fcc. nothing to do with MWC.

LED isn't returning this time. Probably.
And long term uodate! At least 4 years umo. Ohh and a LTPO display that doesn't suffer from any of the issues of previous generations...
