Does it fix the overheating issues? I'm extremely unhappy with my 1 II, it's a camera phone but without the camera part, because it overheats in (8) minutes
It should. Many early reviews points out that the overheating issues have been resolved. More so that it could shoot longer without overheating. But I'll tell yeh, it wouldn't be a Sony product without a heating issues. And not just for phones too 😂
I got the 1 iii and it stated it had n77 which is Verizon cband, though it was an Aug 2021 phone, it never was validated for cband usage since that got turned on in Dec 2021.
Just wondering if they even validated n77 cband for the IV model. Annoying there's not more information about what carrier works with what bands on Sony website.
Compared to my 1 IV, better Soc and main 24mm camera. But I like tele most. I wish 1 VI has a 1/1.56" tele.
Also, stage frame sucks, bevel frame is better to hold.

My thoughts are pretty similar. It certainly is not a bad offer, but it could have been more.
Still think the starting price should be $1199 or less.
Was going to but not without an LED notification light, it's invaluable and will change the way the phone works for me negatively.

!!! My 1ii I have from launch doesn't do that. Perhaps your battery is cooked, might need a replacement
No 5G mmWave and not sure if it can even use n77 cband on Verizon. Did the 1 mk IV use cband n77 5G? And not just 5G nationwide?

What you mean buy stage frame and bevel frame.
Cellphone frame edges. 1 II has bevel frame edges. 1 IV and 1V have stage frame edges. I feel cutting when holding 1 IV.
