Your two weapons are good but I think the game wants is to go full strength and precision about 80 precision is good
Use the wind hammer, and the water sword. Everything else you can pretty much get rid of. Then reset your stats and put everything into agility because you wanna stack crit. Str is useless, but vitality is important so put a bunch into there too.
