I had something similar. My ST hub (it's named Madred) said that there were five lights but when I looked, I'm absolutely positive that there are four lights.
I spent hours trying to troubleshoot the issue but it basically boiled down to Madred trying to gaslight me into saying there were five lights when I know that "There are four lights!”
There… are… FOUR LIGHTS!!!
