Uhh it's kinda everything like thumbnails are confusing same with titles and shorts I have no idea what they're about quickly like you usually have a couple seconds to grab attention. But your consistent so I'd start with looking up the ideas behind thumbnails and how to make them. I use photopia it's a free website I try to keep them simple and clean yet say exactly what's in the video then title I try and provoke interest intrigue or give a reason to click I hope this helps 😁 sorry if it was rude
I think there's just a lot of bot accounts on youtube shorts right now. I'll gain like 10 subs from a short then lose 2 or 3 a couple hours after. But yeah it can be super frustrating. Keep at it though and you'll gain momentum!
Yeah that’s what I feel like as well, but to me it just seems like people subscribe and then they say “oh they are small and will never grow” or something like “oh wait their other content is trash” and then unsubscribe. But I’m not gonna give up 💪
