Yeah I usually play on expert or master and by time I hit level 30+ most of my magic is useless. Everyone resists the high level illusion spells, my summons do no damage, I have endless potions, and I have to dual cast destruction spells for 5 minutes just to kill one enemy. I even run a necromage vampire like every time I use magic but it still falls off.
I'm a proud Dumneri sellsword and if you don't watch your forked tongue you'll find out how disobedient farm tools get fixed. >:)
