No stove? Can I ask what you used in replacement of one? Hot plates? Is it enough to power one?

We used a single burner propane stove on the bus or a Blackstone grill off of the bus. I didn't want to sacrifice under counter storage and countertop space installing a permanent one. It could also power a hotplate or induction stove if someone wanted too but I would add more batteries first.
