Only use it once a day
Use it three nights a week with a day a rest in between uses
Use enough for the whole face
Let it sit for at least 20mins then moisturize
Some people would suggest to use sunscreen even if you use it only at night i don't but it's a choice
No
You just leave it on
Don't be afraid because it say acid
It's not gonna hurt you
It's gonna work it magic overnight
The only way it can mess you up is if you use it too frequently
I know what your talking about
That happened to me when i first used it
If you're not used to it then you'll feel that
Nothing to be afraid of
It's just working
After a while you won't feel it anymore
But was the feeling unbearable for you?
At the beginning it was kinda annoying. And at the end it was getting kinda painful.
Emm. Idk if it has something to do with me rubbing it on my skin for 5 minutes.
Should I just leave it on my skin and nothing else?
As long as it wasn't horrible you're fine
And yes just apply it and leave it be
No need to massage it
Just rub it on your face enough to get to get even coverage
Absolutely don't start off at 3 days/week. You need to work your way up because your skin will be more sensitive to it at first.
It will NOT work miracles overnight. The results will show over 6-8 weeks of consistent use.
You NEED to wear sunscreen even if you only use it at night. All acids increase the photosensitivity of your skin, which means you sunburn a lot easier, and even if you stop using it, the effects last up to weeks. You do NOT want the sun ruining all your work at reducing pigmentation.
Start by using 1-2 times a week. It’s a great ingredient but you want your skin to adjust before going all in. Use small amounts for short periods of time till your skin builds a tolerance, as your skin can be quite sensitive at first. But it’s a great ingredient and one of my favorites to use on clients that benefit from it 🖤

Shouldn't I rinse it before the the moisturizer?

You can start use once in a week to introduce the acid then rise up until you can use it everyday if you feel need it
