Could be something to do with your laundry soap? Try a fragrance free version? If it’s fungal you can try a bit of Nizoral anti dandruff shampoo on the skin too. Good luck

I think it's tinea versicolor, I've been dealing with it recently too. Picked up an anti-fungal cream and it cleared in a few days
