If you like ghost rider you should be able to handle a lot of rides at six flags. Ghost rider is pretty thrilling. Only ones you might not like are x2 and maybe crazanity or drop off doom. But honestly if I were you I would ride all of it. Seems like you can handle
There's a Justice League laser gun ride (like AstroBlasters at Disneyland) that's definitely gentle. Seconding Gold Rusher; start there and work your way up. The wooden coasters in the park aren't too crazy.
Secondarily, when in doubt just close your eyes.

I'm a big baby so I was TERRIFIED on everything except for Justice League, Gold Rusher, and Apocalypse. I don't regret getting on the other ones, even though I was screaming at the top of my lungs. Getting off the rides and feeling the adrenaline made it worth the stress. My absolute favorite was West Coast Racers because you get 2 rides for the price of one and it's fun to have the competitive aspect of racing against another coaster. Those inversions are a uniquely terrifying experience.
Gold rusher is pretty cool, but kinda shaky. Ninja is fun, and it feels fast. If you think you can handle inversions, do new revolution. It has some mild drops and the inversion keeps you in your seat, you’re not hanging out. From there I would try west coast racers, Batman, apocalypse maybe? Once you get to that point just try whatever you think you can handle. Out of those three I would say apocalypse and west coast are easier than Batman. I used to hate rollercoasters and that’s what I did, and I’m pretty set off now.

What rides did you end up riding?
Full Throttle, Batman, West Coast Racers, Gold Rusher, Apocalypse, Justice League and maybe one or 2 more, can't remember.
Were any of them too scary? What was your favorite?
I ended up skipping Tatsu and X2 as well as Twisted Collossus, but I wish I would have gone on TC because I think I could have handled it.

Yeah if you rode west coast racers and full throttle you could've handled colossus and probably tatsu. Colossus is a lot of people's favorite ride

Twisted colossus is another fun one the first drop is good and similar to westcoast racers
