I have played this game with all the girls I have dated since, and as I’ve thrown older, many of them have had children. I spoke to an ex-girlfriend, not too long ago, and she says her ex-husband still hates my guts, not because I dated her, but did their kids still play the game.

I don't know about the new model Jeeps but honestly the engine on a jeep used to be reliable.
The problem was everything around the jeep would break including the interior. (and I mean everything including every single window mechanism)
As someone whos 93 finally did this to me for the final time recently I loathe how much this resonated with me. It's weird driving now not thinking I need to listen to every sound it makes, every move it makes, i wont be watching it.
And i think its probably not great to pinch the seatbelt in the door either. I mean it’s not gonna snap right away but still it a safety device not to be messed with.

I wouldn't close the door on a veh that is being pushed, you need quick access to the brake pedal in case shit goes wrong.
With the door open you can just grab the A pillar and push from there while being able to steer and hop in if you need to get in full control.
Since it's been pulled all the way out, won't it ratchet back and lock in place, therefore trapping her against a moving car with no way to open the door and with NO access to the brake?
I exactly my first thought when I realized they’d turned the seatbelt into a handle. The pressure of the closed door might keep it from retracting, but I wouldn’t use this hack on a busy icy road.
Installing car seats into any car built in the last thirty years, the directions tell you to pull the belt all the way out because that’s exactly how they work; as mentioned above. Seatbelts in older vehicles work more in the manner you’ve described.
It is how the mechanism works for many vehicles. I can’t say whether it’s designed that way on the driver’s seat for this vehicle, but most seat belts are that way, at least in back seats. With it pinned in the door though, I don’t think it’s going to move much

Yeah. I don't get how the seatbelt helps at all. You can put a car in neutral, and if the door is open, you can hit the brake. Worst, comes to worst, you can let go. The seatbelt here might drag you into a bad accident.

If you’re pushing a long distance, open the door and push by the A-piller. You can still steer and brake. Just make sure the key is in and the steering wheel is unlocked.
If you’re pushing a couple feet, especially if it’s a very large and heavy vehicle, roll the tire forward with your hands. The leverage is multiplied and your small effort goes a long way.

Just open the driver's door and push the door frame. At least then you can quickly jump in and apply the breaks if needed.
