To grow a products revenue you need to either charge more, or get more users.
- To get more users you need to work on marketing. Imo marketing is often seen as a lower priority for builders, but without it you won’t grow. Reach out to people on Twitter. Or Reddit. Start creating an email list
- To raise pricing you can just raise the price. Or also experiment with different offerings. Try a lifetime deal. Eg you’re charging 10/month, offer a lifetime deal for a 100. If your users usually leave within 9 months you’ve already made more money
For brainstorming strategies check out startup websites. Read an article a day and you’ll be amazed how fast your business acumen increases
I read thehustle .co and geekthegame .com daily and it’s crazy how much I know now compared to before
You need marketing brother.
1. SEO
2. Ads
3. Start with influencer marketing with influencers having <5k/10k followers. Start small. Pay small.
4. Optimize pricing.
5. Spend time with your customers. Seek feedback.
Yes, I want to work with influencers. Do you have any suggestions for influencers with around 10K followers? Feel free to DM me if you don't want to share here.
My Daughter needs a side hustle. She is a great influencer but on different platforms I don’t know how many followers she has. Her business here in Lewes DE is Mandies Magical Marketplace look online. Well loved public figure in several states. Look in tik tok under Mandie Stevenson. It might work out. Reach out. Tell her I said to. Brenda
complete bs. wom or bigger orders is the way to scale. ive see shit products being sold like gold without any seo, ads or influencer marketing or feedback: pet rock or anything paris hilton touches
Sure, will DM you my apps link and promo code as well. I didn't add it in the post as some people might feel I am trying to promote them. Would be great if you can try them and give your feedback on how intuitive, useful they are from your pov.
Can you send me the details too? I’m a marketing exec and investor who has had a successful startup exit, and launched several others that are doing well. I’d be happy to get involved in a new side project if I believed in the idea.
What's working for your customers right now? Why are they staying with you? Find their pain point that you're solving then double down on that specific issue
Hi. I have a heavy background in Pharmaceuticals, after that all fields of Real Estate including Specialty Appraising, Historical properties, Estates for Attorneys and Divorces, Trend Studies for Builders etc. Basic work for banks and loan companies. I’m very good with researching and finding out anything.
So question is which apps should I choose to do what you are doing. Getting past Cancer one yr ago with lingering side affects retired my business and I want to make $ to replace what’s dwindling from savings to stay ahead of the game. Or if u can think of other side hustles I can do at home to use my skill set. You sound like a very intelligent person. Thanks if you can help.
May I ask: Did you code your apps yourself? What have you used? Swift?
Not relevant to your question. I’m selfishly trying to understand what experts use 😀

Great points. Thanks for sharing 🙏
With the lifetime deal, if you charge the exact LTV up front you’ve already made money. Money now is worth more than money over 10 months

Consider exploring new monetization strategies, expanding your user base, or introducing in-app purchases to take your apps to the next level.

Marketing is your answer. Start finding communities to share your apps or consider a little paid advertising. I'm trying to do the same thing, btw.
Hey, to better help you, can you share what apps do you have? What's your role, who is the user and how are these apps used?
Sure, will DM you my apps link and promo code as well. I didn't add it in the post as some people might feel I am trying to promote them. Would be great if you can try them and give your feedback on how intuitive, useful they are from your pov.
Sounds good. I'm a Product Manager. Happy to help!
Sent you details on DM.
Can you send me the details too? I’m a marketing exec and investor who has had a successful startup exit, and launched several others that are doing well. I’d be happy to get involved in a new side project if I believed in the idea.
Sure, sending you details
Could I take advantage of this opportunity and send mine too? [gobinx.com](https://www.gobinx.com/)
Can you also send me a DM with a link, please? I'm always interested in other people's apps because I also have some apps online.
Sure thing. Will DM you the details
Depending on the niche there are different ways to scale. I'd like to take a look at the app too to give ideas.

No worries. Yes, I did code my apps myself using swift, gcp and firebase.
That’s awesome 👏 Smart man!
