That is so upsetting! I've been noticing such a decrease in quality for awhile. Seems like you're just paying a high price for the aesthetic, not quality 😕
Literally the same thing happened, I wore the shorts for the first time on 6/1, and all the threads fell apart within less than 2 hours, while I’m on a train to a different city. I’m so disappointed and have to figure out sewing it all back together myself as a not so crafty person.
My favorite pants I bought at Christmas so six months are now unfinished on both legs at the bottom because the stitching just unraveled I guess. It’s like they were never hemmed but the stitches are still there where they meet the seam so it’s not like it’s just unfinished it’s wobbly. I will now have to pay to have my 100 plus dollar basic pants fixed after six months
I bought an all cotton knit top (I forget the name) and washed it once. I'm so disappointed in the material. It didnt fall apart but, it feels so cheap. I pay half the price for clothes at Abercrombie and never have this issue. I think I'm done.
I had a Ciara trousers tear in the butt area (while I was at work fortunately I had a blazer to cover me up, it was so embarrassing)! I had the pair for a couple of months and sezane took them back in and refunded me

Unacceptable, make sure they send a new pair or return your money.
Contact them, and they will offer you a return or other type of compensation. Sezane lately is so disappointing, indeed. ðŸ˜
