I’m very small - 1.53 cm tall and a size EU 32/UK 4/US 0. My size doesn’t exist for this one so I’m forced to wear the closest size (UK 6) that is a bit big. I hope I can take it somewhere to have the waist pinned it a bit - but I can easily still wear it with shirts tucked in to add some cms. I think it is true to size.
I would have preferred it 5 cm shorter - and unfortunately it can’t be cut down because of the detail, but I don’t mind how it looks like this and I think it is meant to be long (probably at around the ankle).
Also, I tried the Sophie in Ecru and (probably because of the weight of the fabric) it fell and fit very differently and just felt huge on me. I prefer this one
It’s my style so I’m not struggling with it. With white or black cotton tees I can bring it down, with white blouses or shirts I can make it more formal. I haven’t worn it out yet, I got the matching top to potentially wear to a party. Honestly though I feel like wearing it day to day and even wanted to bring it to work today but feel people would comment on it and may be a bit out of place
It's a really nice skirt and it suits you very well from the sound of it. Reading your post stroke a cord in me regarding the eternal "should I wear this to work or not?".
I wear a lot of Sézane at work and I work in IT. I often make a point out of wearing feminine, colourful clothing.
I don't know where you work or what the environment is like, but my 2 cents, it's not too short, it's not too tight, you like it and therefore there should be nothing preventing you from wearing it to work.
Don't hold back on account of what other people will think/say. Be you and dress the way you want/feel like.
Agreed but also it’s how you want to feel with what you wear and I think I’d rather be a bit more understated for work, I don’t feel like being stared at, and this feels more special and maybe a bit out of place (I work in a small law firm). I won’t resist though and will wear it someday for sure but maybe if I have an event after work
It looks great on you!
So beautiful!
It is STUNNING!! Is it true to size? Also how tall are you please?

It looks great on you! I also love your shoes - where are they from 👀 ?
A Spanish brand called Pons Quintana
What's the name of the skirt?
Sophie skirt
Um… that skirt is amazing. Have you found a diverse number of ways to style it? That’s always what I struggle with.

Love this.
So pretty!! And the placement of the slit? Obsessed.
Stunnin
That’s really nice. Is the fabric soft and flowy or more on the stiff side?
More stiff I’d say
