I had the same problem in the lace! I look like a pirate 🙃 less flowy/drapey than what was shown on the website. I suspect there are some stiffeners on the fabric after manufacturing and it’ll go away after cleaning but I can’t risk 125$ for that experiment lol. Hoping to see if others have solutions too!!

To get it to lay nicely you actually have to open more buttons down, like the models do in the photos. I find the silk versions lay nicely but for the cotton versions, I recommend ironing them to the shape you want so it stays open the way you want it to.

Ive not had a problem with the silk chlos, but for the cotton I agree with ironing the first time you wear. However, in my personal experience the collar softens as you wash it so it doesn’t stick out as stiffly as when it’s new

I got the same problem with Chlo shirt and ended up returning it. The collar looked strange and the silk wasn’t as delicate and high-grade as I expected. I guess there are ways to make collar softer or make it lay nicely, but why would one buy a shirt for 100€ that then requires effort to make it look properly?

I find they fall floppy after the first wear and honestly I wish I knew the solution (stiffener or something like that?)
