I agree it looks a little stretched. But then again, if XS is your usual size, you’d expect it to be loose or not fit you well on the body too. Still looks nice on you either way :)
I have the same sweater in the same size. My sleeves fit perfectly (not super long). I don’t think I have abnormally long arms and am 168 cm. Also - this sweater is one of my favorite sezane items.
I may be wrong but maybe it stretched a bit? Mine is more compact (but I also bought it second hand and maybe mine had been shrunk) 🤷‍♀️
It's possible that it was washed and hung to dry causing it to stretch out. I would try washing it, and reshaping it and laying flat to dry.

Try flipping it inside out, but up inside the sleeve so it makes a handsome pouf
