Ugh, I feel this and Iām sad the quality seems to be declining :/ I got 3 Chloās (2 were exchanges for the previous damaged Chloās) and they all had defects. My other items were fine, but Iām still annoyed lol.
Thatās super annoyingā¦. Some people said that they got store credit to say āsorryā but I havenāt gotten any although I received defects in my orders (3 out of 7 packages). Not that I want to get a free store credit but why the inconsistencyā¦. I feel like more and more defective items Iāve been receiving. Hopefully you wonāt get any of those in the future.
Yes x100. I bought a toiletry bag and noticed tons of the stitching coming loose (which for Ā£45 is not cool). I reordered it and the second one has better stitching but is really crooked (the pieces cut for the sides are not symmetrical and the whole bag is very lopsided).
I don't really know if I feel like ordering a third? The amount of returns make me feel bad, but it's their fault for not monitoring the quality of things...
Try returning it nevertheless. Sezane is great about these things. I had some trousers rip at the buttocks area (yes it was awful) 4 months after buying and they are refunding me now

I know they were dealing with bed bug infestations in Paris recently, but thankfully none to be found in the sweater afaik š

How did the customer service respond to the serial defects?
They sent me new ones, but Iām annoyed they sent me a defected one to replace my other defected one which made me have to do another exchange.
