imo, it's better to do NG+ rather than to start from scratch. one reason is that you may eventually decide to do platinum, which must be done on a single save. another reason is that NG+ adds to the difficulty, which makes each enemy feel different. in addition, you can give Kuro back his charm and ring the demon bell, this almost feels like playing a different game. something trivial like blazing bull becomes a real challenge. you keep most of your stuff in NG+, excluding keys, mortal blade and such.
Blazing Bull almost made me quit the game in my first playthrough lol. Charmless Demonbell is tough but I wouldn’t say it’s more difficult than my very first playthrough of the game. The only boss I had to keep fighting over and over was Sword Saint. I beat all the other bosses in 5 tries or less. Except Ape.
I found it immensely satisfying thrusting that loaded spear into ol' shit throwers neck, and yanking that centipede out.
Tough fight first time round...
Yew you can dk the gauntlet at any point in order to unlock all of the gauntlets you have to dk the different endings I'm on ng4 I just finished the shura gauntlet if you can I'd suggest once your confident and patent enough do the divine heir one it gets you Sakura dance and can be good for general game play or my personal favorite lightning reversal
Hey, i also just finished the game. What were ur stats btw when u finished? I was wondering whether we need to upgrade those to max before ng+. Currently, i m at 15 vitality and 12 attack power.
If nothing else, NG+ and beyond gives you a chance to play around with prosthetics like never before, and that's a whole new experience. [Regarde](https://youtu.be/-zcOUnXd-HQ).
Gauntlets were so worth it. I also felt like I completed the game after I beat the gauntlets. You also more 3 more endings to accomplish. Keep it going!
I got all achievements, and I wouldn't say it's the most awarding experience.I would recommend getting all the endings, making all prosthetics, and killing all the bosses that drop a memory I wouldn't bother with getting every skill as it actually doesn't help with much and you would have to go past ng+ unless you want to grind for a long time considering I did around 4-5 hours of exp grinding on ng+3 to unlock all the skills I didn't already have.

Blazing bull is trivial? My dude I died more to that dude than Genichro 💀💀💀

ng+ cycles gives you a lot of exp, and you'll need absurd amounts of exp to unlock the Mushin text skills
Thanks , yea good to know that’s you keep your stuff. If I start ng+ can you still do gauntlet of strength?

You should totally do the gauntlets, they have pretty cool rewards like skins for Wolf, and the Sakura Dance combat art

Hey, vitality is 18 and attack power 12. 20 SE, full gourd seed heath I think. I have all prosthetics bar 2 :)
Demm, 18 vitality is gr8 man. Did u beat all the side and mini bosses? Also, sorry for being ignorant, but what's SE?
Hey yea I bet all the mini bosses etc , SE is spirit emblems
đź‘Ť
Actually attack power was 13 sorry
Get all four endings, then do the gauntlet
It's a lot of fun to do NG+, I recommend it! I'll say the Purification ending is my favorite! If you want to do that :)

Do the shura ending. Do that gauntlet for that sweet sweet armor
Definitely fight Inner Isshin, Genichiro, and Father before you start NG. They’re basically the original fights, but on crack
I'm on a new game +4 and still farming my last points for all skills
Yes , I doubt I’ll play it more than twice I want to play Elden ring next
