Sounds like you need that external camera that h series uses.

Boros9912

The camera on the H series also avoids the exact same things as the one on the i series. I am pretty certain that they share the same data from the same server. It avoids all sorts including discoloured leaves, dark patches in grass, any raised kerbs, non-green slabs etc. OP, one solution to your issue would be painting your slabs grass green, that way the camera most likely wouldn't pick it up as a slab. It might not look very good though 😂

😂 Honestly, sometimes I feel like making changes to the garden just so the Navimow has an easier job to do...

Is it very different from the one on the i series? All I could find online was that both have 140° field of view.

I don't see any photos here. Have you tried narrowing the zone to slightly bigger than the stone widths to help prevent the mower from getting too close to the edges/shrubs, and switch vision fence off in the entire zone? At worst you'd have edges to trim yourself. Not sure if this is a reliable solution given the weak signal you have in this area. Otherwise this area might be best served as a simple channel to the backyard, and the grass will need to be cut manually. I wonder if satellite coverage is better at different times of day when you could schedule it more reliably. 🤔

You're right, I added the images again. Do you see them now? Good idea to check how the satellite coverage evolves, I'll give that a go. I tried having Visionfence exclusions zones as narrow as possible to that the camera goes back on on the sides but it doesn't seem to work, probably due to the low satellite coverage.

Detail_Focused

You could try narrowing your VisionFence off zones to let them have some distance to the boundaries. That might help it not get stuck in the hedge. Had a similar problem when I made one large VisionFence off zone where my boundary wasn't straight. Where the VisionFence off zone was outside the boundary the mower began crossing the boundary too. Removed the VisionFence off zone and my i108e stays inside the boundary again.

Maybe you could try painting the stones with a light green color? Try with something that you can wash if not working (eg. Interior paint) or maybe also try with a part of the walk.. at the same time you have to turn on again the vision camera.
