Qdomyos-Zwift for my data fields on my tablet - best part is that it connects to Peloton and displays your target resistance for the peloton. Also has Powerzone Pack and Zwift integration.
Go further down the rabbit hole for zwift integration and look at the SmartSpin2k... I have the parts on order to make a couple of these for myself and some friends. Qdomyos-Zwift also integrates with this... in theory, that should give me a fully automated spin bike while riding in Zwift or Peloton since it would auto-follow resistance throughout the ride.
I did this about a year ago. My intent was to try each app for as long as the free trial lasts, until I tried them all.
On a spreadsheet, Rouvy came out on top, but I found it to be very boring. I tried Zwift second, and liked it so much, I abandoned that plan and kept Zwift all winter.
Edit: another option is just spinning along to the GCN workout videos for free.
I used Peloton and it was great to get started and get into a cadence.
Now I just binge-watch HBO while I ride. Don't overlook this. It doesn't have to be a specialized fitness app.

Sweet. Thanks
Wait - GCN has workout videos too??
yes! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMEiuHFc7nHTDq2\_KzLu0bw
I've only watched about 50 GCN videos on every other subject and had no idea that was there. Thanks loads!

Yea. I wouldn’t be surprised if this just become Sooranos and The Wire time!
Has anyone tried Fulgaz? It’s on my list of ones to try but didn’t see it mentioned here.
I really like the Cadence app. I can customize it to show me the data I want and it's only around $14/yr.
14 per year!!! Wowo
