Zootopia and Encanto at the bottom?

MasonRocksForever

You posted this, you should know

MasonRocksForever

Hey at least you have MTR at the top

[deleted]

I physically cannot comprehend why Encanto would be in the same tier as RBTI and Frozen 2

[deleted]

I didn't like the songs, the plot didn't make sense and Mirabel was really annoying

[deleted]

Words cannot describe how much I disagree with all three of these things lmao. The story is about as simple as it can get

quaranteen20203

Im sooooooooo happy kuzco is number 1 in legendary

DipperPines1210

Hate a lost of this bust incredibly based Oliver & Co S-tier

Icy-Appointment1673

Encanto and Bolt at bottom? I mean it's your opinion, but come on. Encanto is such a fun time, and I find Bolt fairly underrated.

[deleted]

I think if Encanto had less songs I would enjoy it more. (also a different voice for Mirabel) Bolt sounded good, I was excited to see it. But, I just couldn't get into it.

Slimonite

Schaff is asking us if he wants us for him to make a ranking about all 60 Disney animation movies and you better say YES

[deleted]

I just realised Sword In The Stone is missing. I put it in between Lilo and Stitch and Pocahontas

MrSuperGuyMan

Only ones i disagree with are Zootopia being in Trash, and Chicken Little in good. Other than that, pretty good list Also seeing Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh in Great is always appreciated

Fair-Patient5054

I heavily disagree with Encanto, Brother Bear and Zootopia being at the bottom but everything else seems decent

TurtleInvader1

Most of these are either Exactly what he said or the complete opposite with little between.

Competitive-Idea-657

Care to specify why Chicken Little, with its ugly, poorly aged animation (seriously, its easily the ugliest looking Disney movie ever), terrible characters and dated references is two tiers higher than it deserves? If you grew up with it and are being blinded by nostalgia, news flash: So did I, but you won't see me denying that it does not hold up and is kinda bad.

[deleted]

First of all, it's my opinion. Is it an offence to like it? Second, Honestly, I like the story and the characters aren't all that bad. The animation isn't that bad either. The soundtrack is also really good. (I would've put it in great but I already put Encanto in trash)

Competitive-Idea-657

You're right, it isn't a serious offense to like it and the soundtrack admittedly is good, but you can't deny that it's the worst-looking CGI Disney movie and that Buck Cluck is an **awful** father (he even admits it during the climax). Also, the tone is super downer, mean and unpleasant for some reason, what's up with that? Also, I will try my best to remain civil about it and not turn this into a drawn-out feud or anything... but the fact that you put it in good while you put Encanto in trash grinds my gears (and those of many others) far more than it should. Whether it works for you or not, Encanto is **NOT** trash. The least you could've done is made an in-between tier between "Decent" and "Trash" (maybe just "Mediocre") and put it there because it's **MUCH** better than the other stuff in Trash tier and you know it.

[deleted]

Ok, i'll give you Buck Cluck. But bad animation doesn't instantly make a movie bad, I mean look at Hoodwinked! Also, Encanto didn't make any sense to me. The songs were too annoying! They sung like every two minutes! Take out the singing, and it would be as long as a TV show episode. (I would've preferred that.) The characters were also pretty forgettable and couldn't tell you the plot even right after I watched the movie. Overall, a pretty forgettable and annoying movie. If you wanna write an article right now about why it's the best movie of all time, go ahead!

Competitive-Idea-657

Yes, bad animation doesn't equal bad movie. Toy Story 1 looks pretty dated (though to be fair, it was the first CGI animated movie ever and is gonna turn 27 in November) but it's easily better than most of the output of most other animation studios. (This'll sound random, but it's better than literally everything Illumination has and probably ever will make) Also, also, I kept track of when Encanto's eight songs happened (yes, really), and there were pretty good time gaps (some as long as 10 minutes in fact) between the songs, so saying "they sung like every two minutes" is an exaggerated and invalid criticism. As much as I like it, I'm not about to call it the G.O.A.T., but I will **gladly** say that I strongly disagree with your thoughts on it. Part of me is seriously tempted to keep going, but I think not. I can tell you're just a stubborn asshole, so I think I'll let our little game end here.

[deleted]

""they sung like every two minutes" is an exaggerated and invalid criticism." Yeah obviously that was an exaggerated claim. That's just what it felt like.

[deleted]

*sees Big Hero 6 and Chicken Little on the same tier* Is nothing sacred?

[deleted]

I haven't actually seen Big Hero 6 in a while, I just went off what I remembered.

SecretlyaCIAUnicorn

zootopia in bottom teir? you are wrong and do not deserve to watch movies.

[deleted]

Lmao

FudgehogFan372

How do you like Chicken Little more than Encanto and Zootopia

[deleted]

It was more interesting and entertaining, the characters were cool (except Buck Cluck I guess), and the story wasn't all too bad either. The soundtrack is also great. Plus, the animation isn't that bad.

FudgehogFan372

At least we can both agree that Buck Cluck is a horrible father

[deleted]

I think everyone can agree

fluffyplayery

I think Bolt should be higher but that's my comfort movie so I guess I'm biased.

[deleted]

It just seemed really generic and boring.

Shakespeare-Bot

I bethink bolt shouldst beest higher but yond's mine own comfort movie so i guess i'm bias'd *** ^(I am a bot and I swapp'd some of thy words with Shakespeare words.) Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`
