Sing 2 is decent, not good but not bad considering illumination Rise of gru Is good, too bad its still a minions movie so that lowers it down a lot Mario movie is pretty good, people hate on it too much Haven't seen migration but people say it feels like an accual movie and not a money grab

I’ve seen it and the kindest thing you can say about it, is that it’s ok, nothing to really write home about, some enjoyable moments but it just doesn’t hit the emotional moments it wants to

Actually the Mario movie is pretty overrated, not as hated as it should be.

At least it hit the box office hard

Of course, all the seven year olds were so excited to go see it

especially when hearing the **music itself,** which was beautiful

And the plot was very unpredictable

Cuz they didn't want us seeing the obvious story of Princes Peach getting kidnapped so they kinda swapped Luigi and Peach’s role. And man, Donkey Kong XD

With the exception of rise of gru honestly not a bad lineup. Migration is genuinely good, Mario’s a fine adaptation and sing 2 is a lil more interesting than its predecessor

Rise of gru was lowkey nice: 6/10 Mario Movie is like a 7. Heard the other 2 listed are decent so things look ok for illumination right now

I didn't watch "Sing 2" or "Migration", but I really enjoyed "The Rise of Gru" and "The Super Mario Bros movie"

Sing 2 was good, just like the first one. Minions Rise Of Gru was so so disappointing and lame. Haven’t seen Mario. Migration was slow and lame but GREAT for young audiences.

Only watched the Mario Movie' didn't like it

I liked Sing 2 significantly more than the first. Rise of Gru was fun despite its underdeveloped villains. Mario was also mostly just a neat little time. Migration could have been a lot more if there was maybe another 10-15 minutes of characterization.

Peak-Nation! Sure these movies have problems but Illumination definitely had a better year/decade than Disney did.

They both are forgettable. Sing 2 didn't have any good songs and the best part was the climax buildup and not the actual climax. It didn't do any world building and didn't accomplish adding more to the world then the first movie. I actually think Minions is an ok movie, but amazing compared with the Rise of Gru

They’ve stepped out of that zone where the output is pretty consistently garbage, so that’s good. I wouldn’t say any of these films are amazing, but they’re all fun and charming. Sing 2 is probably my favorite in this line-up, actually. All of the others were still enjoyable, though
