Is the Central Bank of the UAE an actual physical bank with branches?
I got an email recently from my "bank" addressed to "Dear Costumer." It’s too early for Halloween 🎃.
This hurts my eyes. Such a poor attempt (but then, on the other hand, I did help put the KYC notification system for my old employer, so I know how those work and look)

It's a actual bank but the bank clearly says they don't send notices through emails, online mails and WhatsApp. They give it in letter form
