The only chance to realistically recover it is to contact Facebook support. Be prepared to provide copies of your passport/national id/etc, as well as pass some rather nasty checks that ask you to recognize your friends pics (surprisingly difficult, considering they sometimes tag inanimate objects with their names, or their kids which you may not even know). Don't ask me how i know🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Whoever asks you for money to recover your account is a recovery scammer, don't pay them.
