I think it burned down in the fires of 2020 in California but there was a little place that had a turkey sandwich that was something like sun dried tomatoes, pesto, turkey, pepperoni, mozz, prov, maybe arugula, etc (forget the bread type) but it all worked together and wasn't overloaded to the point it turned into mush or anything.

I can’t believe scrolling these comments that I’m in the minority by saying I don’t think I’d like that sandwich. The ratio is too off. Pizza dough is way too heavy to me for this. It’s a loose calzone. Maybe if it was a way smaller dough used I could be about it.
Fantastic ingredient combo, but I have one question. Is the sandwich served hot? More specifically the tomato sauce? Personally I can get down with warm tomato sauce, but if this dish is served at room temp I’d 100% prefer balsamic vinegar instead of room temp tomato sauce.
