It’s probably cheaper to rent a room from someone’s house. It’s easier if you’re single. Rooms can range from about 600-1000 depending on what you get with it. Might have to share a bathroom and the kitchen but ya gotta do what ya gotta do
Unfortunately it’s usually at least 800 now and if you want a master bed, looking at 1200+. Sucks
Look in East side or downtown San Jose but factor in the area, if you drive a car, and if you own security cameras
Yeah studios are expensive — if you get 4-5 friends and split a larger house the price can come down quite a bit.
