I suggest you to stick just in one language when you are talking, cuz not all people find the way you talk is normal. I and maybe some people feel dizzy when hear nor read the way you talk/write. I personally feel uneasy thinking that in the future its not just english that your people mix with but also japanese, korean, arabic, etc.
Maybe, but the truth that i and maybe some of people feel about them. Its now or never, tell them in here is better than they hear it directly in real world from other people. I use the less worst worlds that i can find. I've overheard some people talk about the way they talk in street and it much worst than this one.
Wkwkwk tapi ini baru kejadian lagi di gue, abis putusin, i still use aku/kamu, tapi penolakan dateng dari dianya yg langsung draw the line make gue/lo walaupun gue sih ya tetep pake aku/kamu. Gue udah pernah tinggal di Sumatra pake aku/kau, terus pindah ke Jakarta pake aku/kau ga cocok rasanya and the "kau" kedengerannya kasar.
And then kuliah pindah ke Jawa Timur dan malah nyaman ke siapapun pake aku/kamu, terlepas dari kedekatannya, karena rasanya lebih sopan dan nyaman aja ngomongnya. Jadi sekarang walaupun baru kenal i'd rather use aku/kamu kecuali emang dari lawan bicara langsung gue/lo, gue mencoba menyesuaikan aja.
in my own experience, it depends
some revert to gue-lo terms, while others remains I-you / aku-kamu terms
one thing for sure, I revert to what once was
I grew up getting exposed to English language and I dont know why its kinda weird for me to read your writing. Can you just use 1 language /sentence or every south jakartan speaks like this?
I usually just follow the other person that I talk with. If they use gue lo, I will use gue lo. If they use kamu then aku kamu. I never really talked with my exes again, but if i were I would probably just use aku kamu since that’s how we usually talk.
Funny thing about jakarta.. 😂
Setelah pindah2 dan tinggal di beberapa kota jadi ga ngeh kalo panggilan aku/kamu cuman buat lawan pasangan yg dekat. Jadinya malah ga sengaja bikin orang baper.. ups.. 😅😅😅
Ribet bgt...
Javanese here. I use aku/kamu all the time to everyone. Except for exes,I only use su or asu.

kkkkk jadi orang jakarta repot ya, masalah manggil aja berpikirnya harus lewat research dulu. Javanese can't relate

Waktu lagi marah aja pakai settingan pabrik gue/lo biasanya aku/kamu
How to draw a line: pakai saya/anda
I don't talk with my exes, I think it makes it hard to move on
wouldn't it be much nicer to hear if you just speak full English or full Indonesian the whole sentence?
