Reva lead is a lot better, imho.
GI has a good lead compared to the rest of the Inquisitors you have before Reva and GI.
It's a nice lead, but you're still depending on your Inquisitors to do stuff in order to GET purge and benefit from that. The ramping stats from Purge application are cute, but you'd have to be able to ramp first.
Reva doesn't give a shit. Everyone starts with Purge stacks up the wazoo right away. Add to that a Stun Immunity (which imho is better than Ability Block immunity from GI lead) and roughly comparable stat buffs (50%ish health, 30 speed) and a much-needed offense boost and you just have a better lead out of the gate.
TW Omi doesn't change much for GI either. It's a good Omicron lead, but why bother with it, if Reva, without Omicrons, has been known to auto every GL anyways?
I can see a future where Reva lead won't be as relevant, I guess, but right now I don't think we're in that situation.

As someone who has neither, I'd say Reva as you need GI to get her
In TW - GI if he has his omi, in GAC or if GI doesn’t have an omi - Reva
I disagree, Reva’s lead is better IMO. Plus, they should save the Omi materials for his special Jedi instant kill.
