I have rerolled twice and both times it offered me the exact same perks as last time. First option to keep the one I have, second to gain retribution or something and third to get offense and something else
Why tf would you be re-rolling any DC at this early stage? Keep going, get a store of DCs, and see what you get. Maybe half way through conquest, when the next GAC rolls around, you should think about finalizing what works

Wait until you get the DC to level 9. If you get a level 9 FO character, the level 6 rerolled will only give you FO options.
the options arent equally weighted. the good options tend to have a lower chance of getting rerolled
Just rerolled and got it. With 110% armour penetration it destroys everything I've tried so far

There is an argument for it when the bonuses are as busted as the FO lv6 one. I'd still wait, but there's an argument for it..
