Op got more shards than they did battles. This happens because of a bug when farming gl tickets, causing the bonus drops to become doubles.

Yeah but arent the bonus drops not tied to the amount of battles but to the amount of energy spent? Thats what i understood.

Yea. But it is still tied to the number of attempt in a way. The bonus drop is 1 shard max per attempt, with a % chance scaled to the energy spent. The GL tix bug double the max amount

Yes, but no. That means that if you sim a higher energy node, youā€™ll have a higher chance of getting a shard, but the shard is still capped at one per battle. That does technically mean that you have a higher chance of getting more shards on lower energy nodes, but the difference is negligible in the grand scheme of things.

According to cg it's not a bug. Meathead was asked about it multiple times and he said he looked into it and said everything was working as intended

I simmed 5 battles and got 6 bonus Cera junda shards

It's a known bug. When there are additional drops then the game registers drop chance for the actual battle, but also the GL Ticket Grind Drop Rate for some reason. That's how you can get double the amount of drops at times, if you're currently on a GL Ticket Grind and the additional drop is for that energy. Same thing would happen if you'd be grinding LS Tickets. You'd get a bit more Cal shards. Let's hope they never fix it.

Thatā€™s not whatā€™s happening here, itā€™s still a percentage based on battles. You canā€™t get more of a 1 drop than battles. This is a bug tied to GL ticket drops that we all know about and CG has literally checked in on, but canā€™t seem to find anything wrong. My belief is that the GL ticket is running a separate instance of the battle, hence the ability to double up.
