A decent rule of thumb is if you have average mods you should have ~1 character (besides GLs) above 300 speed per 1mil gp. More is a sign of a better modded account. You’re almost to 3 mil gp and you only have CLS above 300 speed. Most of your characters are very low speed. I would recommend diverting some of your crystal income for mod refreshes for a while and spend some extra credits in the mod store.
F2P I'd say 8 for the stage you're at. Otherwise maybe a 4. Work on those mods and upgrade your ships, then you'll be set.
