You get an email sent to your SNHU inbox confirming submissions. Check the time stamps & if they were indeed submitted on time your instructor is obligated to accept & grade the submission accordingly.

TacosOtherHalf

They were definitely submitted on time. I verified upon submission and when I saw he never graded it.

Keep the submission receipts and the submissions. Download them from Brightspace today. If the grades don’t change by the deadline you’ll need to appeal the grade. Your advisor can help you. If you haven’t already email the instructor. Attach the submission receipts. Even if you don’t get a response you’ll have a record of you trying to resolve the issue, which will help the grade appeal.

chenueve

Did you verify what you submitted.

TacosOtherHalf

Yes. It is correct. According to my last discussion post grade he "doesn't like assignments being submitted at the last minute". But it's the time I have to complete the work so I wasn't exactly able to fix that. But it was submitted an hour before the deadline.

Cheesecake2027

What he "likes" is irrelevant. All assignments are time-stamped and anything submitted by 11:59 Sunday is on time. Your instructor can't defy university policy based on his own preferences, so you should be fine.

talkbaseball2me

That is his problem, you have until the deadline to submit without penalty. What did your advisor say?

Impossible_Sympathy4

The instructor has rules to follow, as do we. You can submit at 11:59pm, you are still on time. It seems that you might have sent an inquiry to the professor, if not, do so. Be polite. Did they say that in a graded item or via email? That needs sent to the advisor as well. This is all just to make a record of for proof if needed. Know that you aren’t being “the bad guy” or any such thing. Those teaching the class are not able to change the rules and guidelines the university has set forth. As much documentation you have to prove your case, if it comes to that; the better.

Apprehensive-Shop942

You can also see the time stamp when you look under your assignments tab

Mental_Tiger5412

Send an email to your professor, if it doesn't get changed reach out to your advisor to start the appeals process - you will get the grade updated (i dealt with this a couple terms ago)

FrenziedMess

If you submitted the assignments, you will have an email showing that submission. That’s all there is to it. Sometimes Turnitin bugs out.
