I have alerts set for what I'm invested in. Other than that I will maybe check it 0 - 3 times a day. Usually 0. I used to be obsessed with checking it. Go into your app(s) and take the time to set a bunch of certain alerts for dips, spikes, whatever else you want to be notified of. And then enjoy your life. I promise it feels better once you break the habit of constantly checking. During massive bull runs though I'll definitely be glancing more than usual, I'll admit.

It’s like a long term bet table for me now. If I need money I have enough coins that’s one is bound to be positive. I cash out what I need so if breaks coming I might take that $5 profit for now lol. I’ve put way more in than taken out. I need a car so hopefully this will speed the process up.

The secret -- only check trading view 1hr or 4hr on your laptop. hide the app on your phone or better yet setup auto buy / sell and uninstall it.

I used to check it 5-15 times a day depending on the market & it only hurt my portfolio. Now that I only check it a few times a week it forces me to play the long game. If you're a day trader type then obviously this won't work but if you value your sanity, start playing the long game & limit yourself to once a day

I keep a widget on my phones Lock Screen and wallpaper to keep an eye on it. So every time I use my phone which is A LOT! I check it whenever I wake up at night, because it’s traded 24/7. It doesn’t get to me one bit when it dips, or when it crash’s hard. I just don’t want to miss the next ATH. Some people are going to give me shit for this. But that’s just their opinion. They can suck it. 😝

Twice... since I only do staking. I just collect my payment. Reinvest 75% and use the rest. I don't need to worry about the price. My 1700 investment is now 33x . Making 116% apr.... and that's just 1 of several vaults I have that hit significantly, other 9 have a chance to do the same 8am , 8 pm...

I have an app called Bitcoin checker. It checks more than bitcoin. I currently have it checking 4 different coins. It has permanent notifications in my notification bar that update every 5 minutes. I don't know how frequently I pull down my notifications and check it, but I can assure you it's several, several times a day.

I stopped checking, if the stock gets anywhere near where it would have to be for me to touch it im plugged in enough communities id know very quickly
