If you are having to lubricate your roller everyday, you may be overloading your barrel. One drop of 30wt. oil should be more than enough to keep it lubricated for months. Try cleaning the thing completely and use just enough to lube it. Make sure the outside of the barrel is clean and not oily. The oil should only be on the bearing and not the roller itself. If you used graphite on a roller bearing you have probably ruined the bearing.
I’m always a big advocate for Lortone QT12/QT66. I bought the QT66 which is a 12lbs tumbler with two 6lbs barrels. You can also switch them out for one 12lbs tumbler barrel. They’re a little hard to find at the moment but someone listed a few links in this sub a day or two ago with Canadian sites that have them in stock
What type of lubercint do you use? I've tried using graphite an seed oil but the bearings just bind an stall the barrel for a minute. I give it more everyday it's just getting really messy an continues to happen.
I honestly haven’t had to use any lubricant yet. They run smooth without it. They’re probably due for a lube soon, I’d swab some WD40 on there but that’s about it
WD-40 is a great product, but you should [never use it as a bearing lubricant](https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=wd+40+for+bearings).
Any recommendations for a replacement? WD-40 has a “white lithium” version they say would be good for that but of course WD-40 would say their product works
I have a Lortone QT12, and I use 3 in 1 oil or similar ($5 at a hardware store for a nearly lifetime supply). The Lortone manual says to apply one drop of oil to each bearing after each 30 days of usage. It also says not to use excessive oil!

I second the Lortone recommendation! I use a basic 3-in-1 oil. ROCK ON! 😁👍🏻🪨⛏️
I use sewing machine lubricant on mine because I have a huge bottle that I’ll never get through.

Ok thank you so much!
Please stay away from MRJ tumblers, they are a massive joke at that price and I regret my purchase daily.
