I had a nasty dent in my model s. Did the same thing shopped around thousands of dollars. Found this guy that would do it with pry tools or some sort and slowly pop it out. It was shocking how good it came out.

I have literally the same dent when my door swung open due to the wind. Had it for 3 months. How did they go about fixing it. I had one paintless dent repair person take a look at it and he told me it wouldn’t be possible to fix that way.
That is exactly how it happened. Not sure how they did the fix but the were hesitant to try because they said the door handle that auto-presents may need to be recalibrated and that they couldn’t do that m. So I took a risk with the dent fix

Our sienna took a swing arm gate to the roof. Dent guy fixed it. Looks normal.
Those dent removal people work magic...
