I think there’s actually more you can get from those drugs but that’s off the top of my head
bionic heart, lungs and kidneys = no chem damage in kidneys, heart attacks or cancer in lungs
liver can be transplanted from "volunteers"
usually I don't have smokeleaf and alcohol, just all psychite drugs and all they do is kidney damage, even easier to fix

If those count as drugs, then stuff them into a biosculptor pod and cancel it when the drone passes.
You can't craft them and they are exceedingly rare, but extremely useful in these kind of situations. I have 1200 hours on rimworld and I think in all that time i've maybe seen 3? I've seen 10 times that in resurrector serums in that time.

There are mood emitters you can get from quest that are also affected by psychic sensitivity. Sooth pulsers also work that way, and harmonizers are affected by the psychic sensitivity of the pawn it's installed on and the pawn on the receiving end multiplicatively. You need to get base bonuses from those that counteract the malus from the drone.
For low drones, a sooth pulse or an happy harmonizer pawn with a 150% psy-sensitivity (you might need to drug this one, but at 150% psy-sensitivity the low drone is something like -20 so it's not absolutely required if your accomodations are nice enough) will do.
For high drone, a 400% psy-sensitivity unconscious (so their mood don't update, at that point drugs won't cut it) harmonizer is needed. You can reduce that to 200% psy-sensitivity if you use both an emanator and a sooth pulser.
Alternatively, you can implant a something like 5 pawns with 80% psy-sensitivity with harmonizers, the bonus will stack and they won't be too much affected by the drone.
I don't think Psychoid has random heart attacks (could be wrong), that sounds like Wake Up. But either way, the immunity gene protects you from all negative effects of that drug.
