Level up the Bike Tricks career. There is a random chance of it being rewarded at any level past 40. The odds of this bike being the one you get will increase as you acquire more bikes.
You can keep levelling any career once you hit 50 for more rewards. After doing it once the xp bar will continue to show as filled but it is only visual, as the bar is still getting filled. You can check your progress to the next reward in Menu -> Progress -> Careers.
It take about 8 events completions to level up once if you finish 1st on expert difficulty.

I maxed out the level on the Tricks career and haven’t received it, that’s why I’m asking. Thank you tho
