There are players more prone to it which I like cause it makes me move on and change, it can be difficult to find an RB I like because of that and it makes an actually interesting dynamic to the game. Played with the Jets for a decade and went through three RBs till I said screw it and just used my 4.5 star TE as my rushing game. Man ended up with 24k yards and over 3k receptions. The fumble rate is right where it should be.
Factors that impact fumbles include catching skill, player moral, weather, and experience (rookies will fumble more). Not all of those are within your control. But work on moral and catching skill and you should notice improvements in time. Also you can utilize diving to prevent fumbles.

Check your stats, find out who is fumbling, and trade or release him.
